Regarding the filling up of forms, our home address is too long and the space provide is not enough. Should i leave the original form where the address should be put into and just make a separate sheet? Thank you.

I think I'll use NDVO as my visa office to be on a safer side. Don't want to take risk as I currently don't have UK visa for 1 year.

It would be always better to use the Visa office at your country of nationality

In IMM5612E, Point 17 (Children's Information)

"Proof of full custody for children under the age of 18 and proof that the children may be removed from the jurisdiction of the court;"

What proof are they expecting for this ??

Is it only for Adopted Children and for cases where Spouse is not accompanying OR, is it applicable to all ??? Please suggest.

Proof of full custody for Biological child is Birth certfificate....

The rest are for Adopted child....

But IMM5604 is required if only one of the parent is travelling or applying with the child (In case of commitments or divorce etc )

yes.
Remember to write the name of the form on your new sheet.
try and date and sign it too.

Should I put "Not applicable" to every box where I don't have any answer to put to. Like for example in the "additional family info" form. I don't have any children so is it okey to just put "not applicable" to the first box and leave the rest blank?

If you can obtain PCC within a short time then you can submit otherwise you also have the option of submitting it at a later visa office processing stage. It is better to include a cover letter with your application explaining why were you unable to submit the PCC with your application.

In the Document check list, you can write "Will submit to the visa office when requested" by black ink pen.

I have one more query:
I am with my current company for over 7 years....almost all the exp can be tagged to my primary NOC.....
I worked for 2 more companies (in a distant city) for 1.5 yrs each prior to joining my current company....

Naturally, it is much easier to get detailed Reference Letter from current company.

Do you think 7yrs exp in primary NOC is sufficient to get max points for Work Experience ??
And, I can choose to provide only notarized Appointment Letters, Experience Letters and PaySlips from previous employers, without Job Roles and Duties.

Please suggest.

A silly question. in form - Schedule A Background - IMM 5669 Item 12.Personal history

The Street and address field is bit small for few of my addresses, is it ok to
1.type in computer,print the form IMM 5669 and fill up the missed out info in the pen
2.fill in the next row and attach a new paper and include the spill over info.
3.Use a new paper in tabular format and fill everying and leave the table in form empty
and mentioned refer to attached sheet

I understand many should have faced this.experts and senios please answer

Hi, A friend worked in different organizations, his points can make him apply under two different NOC with no issues.
Can he send two separate applications each of which is for a different NOC?

If he's applying for the 2, would he be able to provide original copies of documents like IELTS as requested. Although, it is not stated explicitly that double applications are not allowed, i believe he should concentrate on the one he has better experience in and focus on completing the forms properly.

Yes 6 or more years enough for Max points, but try hard to get letter from earlier companies, else try getting a reference letter from your colleague long with your other docs...Also attach a self affidavit stating the reason for not submitting the experience letters.....

You can write in on a A4 size plain paper. No need to address anyone.

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

I am unable to submit my police clearance certificate for India with my application due to...............(the reason can be like you already applied for Pcc but still didn't receive it because of longer processing times, you are no longer residing in any particular country and you have provided all your docs to one of your friends residing there to obtain pcc for you, etc,etc)

I will submit it to my visa office when requested to do so by the visa office.
