Query:

I applied last year as Financial Analyst but did not make it to the required cap so file was returned. This year can I change the position to Financial Accountant (1111)?

What would be the implication/s if I make the change?
The new one (1111) fits more than the previous Financial Analyst.

and my query :

My total experience is 6.5 years

in which 2.5 falls in 2172
and 4 year falls in 2174

Now if i apply in 2172 would i be able to get 15 points for more then 6 years experience?


according to cic website below is the details regarding work exp.please help guys!!

Factor 3: Work experience (maximum of 15 points)

You will receive points for the number of years of full-time paid work (or the equivalent in part-time paid work) you have obtained within the last ten years. Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application.

In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011. Follow the Determining your NOC category instructions above to find the NOC 2011 category that matches your skilled work experience over the past ten years.

You must provide proof of your work experience with your application.

I don't think so , that will not effect your case as they have not checked your application last time.
You can very well change.

no my dear,...As long as u are providing strong Work relevant docs ..it will not affect...

Try to submit all of the below:

1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

1)how we can show funds?
2)how long it kept in bank?
3)how early it will deposit in bank?
4)property,gold jwellery is valid or not?

1. Bank state +Cert of savings acc and FDR
2. Maturity is not mentioned anywhere

As, I submitted my original copy to QSW program last year in 2013, if I can submit a notarized copy of my IELTS TRF for FSW program. Please someone clarify. I contacted, British Council to issue me a duplicate copy. But, they rejected my request saying they issue only one original copy. Also, could you please share with me the format of employment reference letters. As, I need them due to my previous employer not willing to issue me the same on his letter head. I decided to get it from my colleagues. So, Please advise me in which format I should get it them. I appreciate your kind responses to my post. Thanks.

Yes its should be valid ..but make sure required job duties are mentioned there,,

My Company signature on the letter is not in English, it's on my native language. It's next to the my manager signature which is written with pen next to his name.

Can it be a problem because the signature of the company is not in English?

As long as ur work exp matches with 1111 u can proceed to apply...but try to highlight ur NOC's exp more that u do on ur job duties...
