Hello Friends,

I am working in government company. I have asked my company to provide reference letter mentioning my duties but they refused to provide such letter stating that it is against comany policy.

I have all other documents like conformation letter,pay slips,IT returns etc.

How can i prove my experience without reference letter? PLZ HELP SENIORS WHO GOT PR WITHOUT REFEENCE LETTER......

i am also applying this year under manufacturing manager category.

i have one query regarding the fee payment. If we use the credit card, there is a system called OTP in India, but in the fee payment form there is no mention of otp but only the cvv.

please put some light on exactly how we can use the credit card, and do we need the otp at all ?

By filling the fee payment form you authorize transaction that will be initiated by cic. You dont need to enter password or OTP in US or Canada. Only cvv is required along with card details to complete transaction. Just inform ur bank to enable international transaction and set the limit higher than fee for application. rBI has mandated to disable international transaction on visa and mastercard CCs by default.

my letter contains job designation, job duration, salary per month and duties on company's letter head & it is stamped and signed

Dear Brother I guess u alread get the ans on another thread.. thats what is my ans too..

Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case.

This is the second time I have prepared my application. The first time was in 2005 but never got a reply from CIC except the file no. In 2008 - I came to know that all pre 2008 will be returned back and I lost all hope.

Dear Bro,

Its not mandatory to mention working hrs but ur letter require to mention "Full Time" ...

On the appointment letter i think it may have added already...

I have one query. I have just taken a new passport as my old passport was expired. But some of my documents (IELTS report, PCC) have my old passport number. Does this make any difference ? Or shall I submit the copy of my old passport as well ?

Hi,

I am living in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

I have a 2 years Full Time Diploma in Electronics and Radio Communication Engineering from St. Xaviers Technical Institute which is an autonomous institute in Mumbai. But this Diploma certificate is awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharshtra, setup by the Government of India in 1948. There also exists a Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) which was established after 1963, due to increased demand in Diplomas due to the industrial revolution. Now when I go to the WES website, it says that the Technical Education should be attested by the State Board of Technical Eductation.

So I am a but confused if I need to get it attested by Directorate of technical education, where the diploma was awarded from or Maharshtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBE)

As well this diploma was awarded after I completed my Higher Secondary Studies. While submitting my Diploma documents, do I need to also send the HSC documents attested by the appropriate examination board?

Any hep on the above topics would be very helpful

My designation is technology lead and job responssibilities can b matched to either 2173 or 2174.

Which of the two should I choose. My earlier designations were senior software engineer, software developer and design engineer. The job titles match 2173 but my job responsibilities were more similar to 2174.

Which category should I apply for and which one of the two is more hot..
