U are eligible for NOC 2174 with ur first employer(8 yrs) and if u dont wanna claim points for later employment then work reference letter with job description is not mandatory... First one is enouh

Second thing:

So far i understood ur wife has obstacle with prev employer...since Proof of job description from employer is very important then u should go for 16 month experience...

my service certificate show 1. date of joining, 2. date of resigning, 3. date of relieving, 4. location, 5. designation at the time of relieving.. thats all.. is this enough to show as job certificate ? if not, is there any standard format ?

well i have one year diploma frm australia in hospitality and after that i enrolled in 3 years bachelor degree in computer applications (correspondence ugc recognized university, india)... now the thing is am going to get the final marksheet etc.. next month.. but can i show work experience side by side in the IT sector while i was doing this bca degree.. also will i get points for bca correspondence coz thts the only way i think i will be make 67 points..

i have high proficiency in ielts in all of the modules..
do i need to get wes certificate for my bca degree..
also how do i calculate total points

Brother, u need evaluation for your degrees and they actually calculate your points of employment after your graduate.....

there are toatal six selection factors on which points are calculated...so go to cic website, you will get to know each details

I have a question I'm hoping someone can help with. I'm a previous 2147 candidate and unfortunately that NOC didn't make this year's list. My closest match for experience is 2281 -Computer Network Technician however that experience is now 9.5 years old. My roles since then have been Network Engineer, Sales Engineer and now Account Manager, all in telecoms.

First question is can i apply with the 9.5 year old experience?

second question, if not then Can anyone knowledgable suggest an alternative NOC that is suitable? Perhaps 2171?

I have all reference letters from the past 10 years. But I dont have a reference letter for my current position.
Do I need it or is it enough if I sent the older ones?

Yes this are ok but submit appointment letter+Payslip+business card if have all of those...

Its strongly advisable to wait for May 1.

Since CIC may change the application forms which is crucial.

Can anybody suggest an alternative to 2147/0211?? I cannot go with 2281 as i dont have a experience under ' technician level '.
i have an engineering degree (electronics) , have 3 years experience of 'Network Engineer' and 2.5 years Managerial level experience.

I could have easily gone with Electrical and electronics engineers (2133) had i have an experience of the same field.


Any suggestions/ideas please?

I have a question, can I submit my employment certificate which is 8 months old? I have this paper which I submitted previously with my application but it was returned because the cap was reached. I don't want to ask my employer for a new paper this time.

Experience certificate shall not be older than 3 months at the time of submission of application.
