Is it officially allowed for spouses to submit 2 applications? One with husband as primary app and wide as co app and the other one the other way round?

I agree many might have done it, but I want to know what if CIC gets to know about it ? What if they cancel both applications ?

My IELTS score under General Category are as follows:

Listening 7.5
Reading 7
Writing 6
Speaking 7.5
Overall Band score = 7

Can anybody tell me, how many points, will be considered against above score.

4+6+4+4=18 but u need 20 on IELTS....

So try for better IELTS or try for Spouse's IELTS --u will get 5 points as per FSW13... (4.5,3.5,4,4)

I was checking the document checklist and its mentioned in point no.12 . Work experience that we need to submit letters of rereference from all your employers for the past 10 years. My NOC Category is 1112 and I am claiming points only for the past 3 years. My consultant tells me that I shall submit the papers only for the past 3 years. I am confused on this. Can someone please advise.

Try to get letters from all employers.. Oyherwise u will get points against years for the letter u submit

The time period is around 12 months for all the Programs

How fast did they issue visas for fsw 2013 anybofdy know?

Last year it was only 300 CAP and filled in 21 days. This year, there are 5 or 6 jobs related to financial NOC, IE CAP is around 6000

Please suggest which NOC should i apply as i have ELECTRICAL Engineering degree while all 8 years experience is in telecom sector.Initially my experience was falling in 2147 category which is eliminated in FSW2014 so need urgent feedback..

Depends on the visa office. CPP and NVDO were fastest.

Before the month was out. Mind you many of us were struggling to get our academic credentials done in time as the details were only announced the month before.

Exactly people will be ready with everything this time.. So i gues max by mid june 2174 will be closed.

Thanks.. However, I believe there is no restriction that after getting band-7, one has to qualify for 20 points for language test/IELTS
Can you /anybody throw some light on it by giving official thread here..
