Thanks. CIC website says the rules for 2014 are same as 2013 so the application forms might not change. Only criteria might be application form should be received on or after May1st, otherwise it will be considered a 2013 application.
I guess it will be better to wait, then being sorry.

But if anyone can add more information on this it will be helpful. If any one of you are sending the applications do let me know, because there are few people who prepared applications for provinces like NS already, and this FSWP is similar to that except a different application form. So if everything is ready guess it will be better to send it out.

Post the url please. Where is it mentioned no chnages in criteria.?

Experience certificate shall not be older than 3 months at the time of submission of application.

There is no official url to support this. But its obvious if ur roles and reaponsibilities has chanhed u need to submit latest letter. But only current employer letter should br latest , for past employers submit old letter

it has been more than 10 days and my reports of ECA have not reached me (I used simple mailing to post them to india ). Can I now apply for duplicate reports by INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS. IS DUPLICATE REPORT AND ORIGINAL REPORT THE SAME...? AND WILL CIC ACCEPT THAT DUPLICATE REPORT. AND HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE TO REACH INDIA. PLEASE HELP... ??? ???

Dont panic , find out reference number from wes account. Tracl the post on india post. I also used international mail. Reached in 6 days.

Is stamp from the bank essential on the statement (proof of fund)??

Iam currently staying abroad and my funds are in my home country bank account so i cannot get the statement with the stamp..

So can i provide e-statement which contains complete information including the authorised signature without stamp???

Hi Guys,

Please advise in the checklist they require some documents as a copy, this means that we will submit the following:

1- Copy of Bank statement
2- Copy of reference letters
3- Copy of Birth, marriage certificates (I will translate these documents in a translation office, shall i submit copy of the original certificates and original translation stamped by the translator? OR I have to submit copy of both (original and original translation)?

Try to get letters from all employers.. Oyherwise u will get points against years for the letter u submit

Thats what i guess, i think you should ask this question on 2013 fsw thread. Somebody can give u first hand experience who was in same situation as urs

2) And is there any difference between DUPLICATE AND ORIGINAL REPORTS that we need to send to CIC. i think they will accept DUPLICATE REPORTS ALSO

3) NORMAL MAIL IS NOT TRACKABLE ....RIGHT .....AND WILL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS be trackable on canada post or india post .will be very helpfull if u can share the link. (which service do they normally use UPS DHL FEDEX etc)

Is it duplicate report or additional copy if report. I think its additional copy. Which will work for cic

I used international mail option. I tracked it om canada post first which will show u traces till canadian ports.. Once it leaves canada.. U have to track on india post. Tracking number is available on wes accpunt. Also u can call wes and ask tracking number of mail

AND THE FUNDS WE HAVE TO SHOW NEED TO BE 6 MONTHS OLD??????

AND WHILE SHOWING FUNDS IS FIXED DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE (which has the requested amount and is a joint FDR )ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY OUR FUNDS. ??????

I checked the Excel sheet from 2013. I noticed some applications arrived at the visa office may 27!!! and got rejected due to cap reached, NOC 1112
others reached in June and got accepted.
How is that possible?????
