Dear Members,
My file is complete should I send it on Monday or Should I wait till 30th April,2014, because last time the CIC changed the forms a day before the opening of FSWP.

Please do reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It Has already told that CIC may change/update their forms on the opening day means on May-1 as they did on our time..

And submission with updated form is very important... So dont send files before May 1--2014 thats what is my suggestion....

I have 6 month old pcc as I applied for fswv 2013 but my file returned due to cap.. Now I have photocopy of pcc my original losted. Does photocopy work because making a new pcc is too much time consuming as last time it took 25 days. Plz help me regarding this

My suggesttion is to send your app kit on earliest..DOnt wait for PCC...It will not impact since u can send ur PCC on later stage...

This has done by lots of FSW13 applicants....

Can anyone tell me the processing times for FSW. Is it faster to apply under PNP or FSW or under the experience class ?
I am in Alberta btw

Offcourse Its FSW...Since u are on CA then ur Local VO is CPP-Ottowa which very fast now...

They will process within 10 months-12 months...(as per current pace)

Can I reuse the same reference letters issued from last year submission? For example, the issue date is June, 2013.

Better to go for updated one since this is already 1 year back...

I am Computer network professional. This year Not 2147 is not present but instead 2281. I did diploma in digital electronics in specialization in microprocessor system design and then btech in electronic. I have Microsoft certification as well .so can I apply under 2281.


My experience lies in both 2281 and 2147.also under 2281 its mentioned "classified elsewhere =2147"what does that means

With my present experience at current company I am qualified for Mechanical engineer (2132).

With my previous company, my roles match with Manufacturing Manager (0911). But my designation was Sr.Executive-Manufacturing.

1) Can I apply mentioning Manufactuing Manager (1st preference) and Mechanical Engineer (2nd preference)???

2) Will they accept my Sr.Executive position as Mfg Manager. However job roles are 80% Matching.

Pls help.

If the job roles matches more for Mangaer then its not a problem about ur job title....

COz though u r sr exec. but u may lead a team/lead manufacturing process....so u can go for it as the requuired education is also mech engr for this profession...

I think it is better to wait until get the new PCC. 25 days is not long time against 1000 CAP

FSWP is usually faster than any other PNP

I think you can use all of them except the HR letter for the current occupation, you should renew it.

I have IELTS which is going to be 2 years on 30th June. Is it still valid to submit my application? It is W-6 S-6 L-7.5 R-7.5= 19 points according to CLB.
My job experience will be 6 yrs on 8th July. Presently I have 67 points if i get 6 yrs exp then it will be 69..Do I need more point to pass FSW? I mean more points over 67 is good? oR PRESENT IS ENOUGH? Plz Urgent reply

If u take it nearly 24 april 13 then it will be valid for 5 years...

But NOC 1112 is hot one last time it closed within 21 days this time ????????? any guess.

Last year it was only 300 CAP and filled in 21 days. This year, there are 5 or 6 jobs related to financial NOC, IE CAP is around 6000

Yes ur IELTS is valid if ur application reaches to CIO before 30th Jun 14

and since ur point is 67 then u should not wait for more point coz it will not expedite ur process....Dont delay for that brother...
