It is valid for 2 years. If you are applying in hot NOC and confident to get 67 points without your wife ielts, than submit without her ielts result. Else wait.

Hard luck, falling short of 1 point without her IELTS, guess will have to wait.

just wait for spouse's IELTS. CAP 1000 might not be completed quickly like 300 in FSWP 2013

will not be wise..
And the good thing is that this yr each CAP is 1000 so dont woryy for 1-2 days delay...In fsw 13 most hot NOC 1112-Financial analyst was took over 23 days to be filled up.

So keep patience..

It is very slow NOC. High possibility, the cap in your category may not get filled. I think you have more than 105 days time but don't get relax, start from tomorrow. {Disclaimer: if miracals happens, pls don't blame me}

CIC looks into both education as well experiences. If one does not match, acceptance is not guranteed.

You can take risk. Use credit card for payment so that if rejected during initial selection, no financial damage is done. In worst case, if you get initial selection and later on get rejected, the payment amount will be lost.

I m only worried about the change in the noc.

OK mate. Try to prove that your NIIT certificate is equivalent to college program in computer science; also try to prove that you got Experience as a computer programmer. If you can do that, your application would be stronger.

If I apply with his details and leave his passport number empty and send passport application details and explain my case by cover letter. I do not want to hide his details in application form.

congratulations. But this is very tricky question. if you wait to get PP for minor it will take time , also if you submit later, birth certification of your child will indicate he was born before may. Depending upon your NOC (if it is not in much demand)you may wait and get PP of your child and then only apply for FSW

Frens of what amount a bank account statement shall be submitted and of how long?? Beside, i've an experience of working in commercial bank since last 5 years in a credit dept. and i've done Bachelor's in Business studies. With that qualification, experience and skill am i eligible to apply for FSW???
