I have 2 more queries

1) I am married since September, 2013 but till now I haven't changed name and address in my passport so should I apply with the same passport or I need to re-issue it with new name and address? and if I apply with the same passport, it will create any problem in my fsw application as I will put marriage certificate in application

2) I am applying for 2173 and I will have reference letter/contracts/pay stubs from my present employer and I am also having reference letter from my previous employer. but should I have to show pay contracts and pay stub of my all previous employer??

I have IELTS which is going to be 2 years on 30th June. Is it still valid to submit my application? It is W-6 S-6 L-7.5 R-7.5= 19 points according to CLB.
My job experience will be 6 yrs on 8th July. Presently I have 67 points if i get 6 yrs exp then it will be 69..Do I need more point to pass FSW? I mean more points over 67 is good? oR PRESENT IS ENOUGH? Plz Urgent reply

67 points are enough, so my suggestion is to prepare all of your papers and send your application at 1st half of May. Don't wait until finish the 6 experience years; you may lose IELTS or CAP

Last year I've applied under FSW 2013. Although there was a problem with my job letters and my point didn't reach the minimum points required, I've received UCI number.

In order to apply for the new FSW 2014, which documents do I need to send again? I know that a copy of the IELTS will do but what about other documents especially those which have not changed during this last year such as birth certificate, passport, education certificate,...

How about the application fee? since I've paid it once.

Please if anyone has any related experience help me. thanks,

With my present experience at current company I am qualified for Mechanical engineer (2132).

With my previous company, my roles match with Manufacturing Manager (0911). But my designation was Sr.Executive-Manufacturing.

1) Can I apply mentioning Manufactuing Manager (1st preference) and Mechanical Engineer (2nd preference)

2) Will they accept my Sr.Executive position as Mfg Manager. However job roles are 80% Matching.

you didnt recieve original IELTS results back yet ? if not submit a copy of IELTS, quote UCI number in generic application form. put a covering letter with explanation, rest all docs would be same. Yes get a new letter of reference from current employer

1. My passport is valid until 14 December 2014. Is it acceptable to submit my documents with more than 6 months validity in my passport or need to renew my passport before submission. Please advice.

Job description letter will be as per current NOC ....So if ur job details that matches with current NOC..try to highlight them on the new reference letter...

That means u should take newer reference letter dhiman...

I think you should submit it and write a clarification letter that you will issue new one during the process

Sorry to bother you again as lots of queries.

Actually as I mentioned , I recently applied for NOVA SCOTIA PNP , but if my go for new updated JOB reference letter from my employers then If Nominated under PNP and CIC will check and come to know that under both applications my Job letters are different and it may create bad outlook . This is what I feel and they may rejected both applications, though both occasions my responsibilities are genuine.

so , I am in confusion should I use same letters or ask my employers for new letters and I knw they won't agree to issue new letters as they already issued me the job reference letters.
