Med Req : Oct 16th

Passport Request : Nov 14th

VISA Issued : Nov 21st

It takes one month for PPR and 7 days for stamping visa or provisional visa whatever we call it.

my bro applies for fsw 2014,

His primary applicant is his wife.

My bro is changing his job.

Will it affect to the application?

Should he change the job?

I dont think it will have any affect as he is not the primary applicant

It's been over a month since I received PER, however, I haven't heard anything from Visa Office or received an ECAS update.

Is that fine or something's fishy?

as per the SS, the avg time from PER to Processing Started is 48 days ..

CIC showing speed as applicants have reduced
Charged applicants from 29th aug to 10sept in just 3 days! ;D

1 applicant of 15th sept 2173 also reported for his CC to be charged today.. Thats really adding positivity to the 2173 and 2171 sept and oct applicants who are still waiting... Fingers crossed!! :'(

Query regarding immigration status.

I am Indian citizen and currently working in Japan on Engineer Visa.
My wife has a dependent Visa. Both me and my wife have been issued residence card of Japan for a period of 3 years.
In the main Generic form for FSW what would be the immigration status for myself and my wife?

Please clarify my doubt.
Quick reply will be appreciated.
