My timeline:
App. received. 09.09.2014
CC charged 26.11.2014 on 00:30 central european time (25.011.2014 in Canada)
Now waiting for PER

SS updated.

Hello all,

Great news to share.

Got an email from CIC giving my UCI no. and stating my application is accepted ).

Application received date: 04/08/2014
DD encashed: 15/11/2014
UCI no. emailed received on 24/11/2014
NOC: 2133

Now i have following queries:
- Is UCI the same as PER
- How do i check status on CIC website ?
- What is the next step now ?

RE-POSTING AS MY PREVIOUS POST GOT LOST IN PREVIOUS PAGES

One of my friends just came to know from his bank that his CC transaction failed because the ccv number is wrong. Is there ANY WAY he can rectify this.

Can the bank accept/approve the payment based on his instructions, even if ccv is wrong?

Is there a way he can contact CIO immediately and give them the right ccv?

Can he call the CC company and ask them to approve the transaction?

YOUR HELP IS REALLY APPRECIATED. I am having goosebumps since I heard the news and feeling as if this is my app.

There is another thing that your friend can do....if his file number has been issued, please ask him to email CIC immediately about this referring his file number and also he can send a New Fee Payment Form mentioning his application number immediately.

The case officer just fills required fields, while rest of the email is just auto compiled and sent. Thats is y u r having the PCC link, which is in default text. Don't worry, if they have not asked for it and u have already sent all the PCC, No need to send once again.

Here are my application details:

NOC: 2171
Application received date: July 25, 2014
PER received date: Nov 25, 2014

The status update on CIC case tracking portal says:
Application status: In Process

On clicking the link, the next page shows one line:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 25, 2014.

I am currently living and working in USA and sent my application from here. What is the next step in this process? Shall I expect to receive AOR email from Ottawa visa office?
