on the Generic Form starting from page 02 , on the top section of each page my surname and only the first letter of my first name and date of birth appears.

There is no option to edit this detail.

Is this normal?

Yes....it's normal.
Leave it and concentrate on filling the rest of the forms.

Hi Experts,

I will be paying the fee through Demand Draft (DD) and got it yesterday from bank. Can I write my name & passport number at the back of the DD? Any issues? Not sure if that's the right thing to do.

Else, How CIC can differentiate if it gets mixed with other DD's (anything is possible).

This is not necessary......
The CIC officers are intelligent enough to deal with your application package in its entriety before proceeding to another applicant.
Trust me.....they are intelligent enough to finish the process on yours before moving to another applicant.
Even if you put it,its not what makes it work.

No worries buddy.. If they have mentioned regular full time employee.. attach the salary certificates for last 3 months.. no need to attach the time report as it is confidential information for your company.. As far as I know employee can't share internal company information to external things..

One of my letter of reference doesnt show number of hours work but it only indicate full time regular employment. Do you think if I submit my payslip together with the screen shot of my time report and contract to support my document would be sufficient?

I have a query. Even though my application consists of my secondary certificate as well as passport copy and both of which contain DOB proof.

I separately attached only one page form passport as DOB proof. This page contains my date of birth and place of birth.

do you think they will look rest of degrees and passport copy to search for parents info.?

I am working out of india from 7 years but never been stay more then 3 months continues out of india. I have residential visa of uae. Should I need pcc of uae also along with india.

No need to obtain PCC from the countries where you have lived less than 6 months.. If you have lived in UAE more than 6 months.. then please go and obtain PCC..

Your former employer will need to write your reference letter stating the duration with which you were with them,your job descriptions ,hours worked on daily and weekly basis,your monthly and annual salary.
It will be on their letterhead,dated and signed by the responsible officer.
You don't need to write it in present tense.

Not all is required. Show liability documents and the associated assets against that liability.

Some of the Visa Office asked to do it but CIO did not asked it. If you want, you can write at the back - no issue.

Not sure i understand your request concerned group 5123.
If you want to know where journalists will fall into in the NOCs....try and check NOC 0015.

Really,there is no correspondent NOC for 5123 other than 5125....and both are not listed in the NOC lists for FSW2014.
Like i told you already,the closest NOC to it is NOC 0015 provided your job descriptions fit in as described in the NOC2011 diary.
