My cc was charged on 10th november 2014...and i am still waiting for PER..
I saw NOC 2171 cap reached 1000 on 21st november. How does this cap is calculated is it total no. of CC's charged or PER????
Really worried...
Pls Advice will I get PER or m out of the race??????

CAP is based on changeability... You will get PER soon as CIC is working on your golden email.

2171 Applicant capped already !!!!!!!!!

My application received on 10th Sept 2014 and its capped, so I guess there is no chance for me am I right ? My NOC is 2171.

I have submitted DD.

Once your CC is charged, dont worry you are most likely safe and IN.

Dont worry you will get your PER within next 2-3 weeks maximum (InshAllah)

Its not my mistake it is from wes,all my docs and even form sent to wes is real DOB 4th /march/1982.

APPARENTLY, it has to be returned immediately but caseworkers may mlinger it on.
2ndly they will send back by 'snail mail'.

better, u send new app in new relevant category.
get new TRF and use 2nd set of WES report.

it should REACH by 30/12/14 as per current speculation of EE.

My cap (Noc 2171) reached while my application is in transit. Application would be delivered to CIC office by tuesay nov 25th.
Can any one tell me if CIC will refuse to accept the package when FEdex try to deliver? I hope for this to happen as i can get the packet back ASAP.
Or
Will CIC accept the courier, then return it later? In this case any idea by when I will get the packet back?

I need the original IELTS TRF and DD back so that i can apply again in Jan.
I have mentioned Noc2171 on the fedex shipping label...

Sorry to hear your cap is full..
CIC will surely accept your package, and later will send it back, when your turn will come, with a letter that CAP is reached before your application arrived. It may take time to get it back from CIC may be couple of months..
You can try to contact your courier company and ask them to cancel the delivery and return your package..

Please clear your inbox in order to have revert on your queries.

No you need not to have same NOC to claim points. There is a NOC matrix guide to understand that. As per cic application guide 7000 If your NOC falls under NOC level 0, A or B as per matrix you can claim points for that experience. You need to provide detailed Job duties and other supporting documents for each occupation.

You should not worry as your payment is charged before reaching CAP..You'r withing the CAP limit..You'll surely receive PER..
CAP limit is calculated on completeness check, which you have already passed..

Better to cancel your shipment asap and tell your courier service provider to returned it back to you. They will only charge you extra for the services from canada to your home destination. As far as i think CIC will not refuse your application downright , they might not open your application but they will recieve it ,follow there standard procedures and return it to you stating the reason for caps. This will waste a lot of your time, if you could apply in any other NOC kindly cancel your shipment and get it returned to you. I am sure courier company will help you in this matter. Thanks, i tried to cancel by calling fedex, but since it has started moving out of the country it cannot be stopped anymore. My main problem is the IELTS TRF form. Seems they will issue only one copy. Any idea how to request a duplicate/additional copy?
