Kindly i am in a confusing situation i applied for master in Germany and i got university acceptance and i got per also so should i cancel my master and wait for immigration or go forward! !!! especialy as i heared that to work in canada they required for canadian experience or study

Please advise

Am I out of race. What should I do now? ??? ???

Hold on. It is too early, PER takes some time after DD encashment.

how does one get notified if they're PERred? Is it via snail mail, email, or phone call.

NOC: 3012
no PER yet.
DD encashment: unknown :-( (cannot inquire until monday. bank closed)

Also my consultancy changed their representative last Oct. How will that affect my application? I have sent a new Use of Rep form to my consultancy that same month.

Lastly, is it possible that my application was rejected? Im very tensed..thanks..

CIC also requested FBI PCC and RPRF - CIC has given 60 days to submit docs.
I had sent both(INDIA and US PCC) along with the application. Both expired in August. They did not request Indian PCC. Might be because i never went to india after i got my Indian PCC. But i was still in the US early this year.
I have already applied for FBI PCC a month back - and waiting

I suggest to go for your studies bcoz after PER almost it takes 3 months for MR...and it is up to you that how are you planning your future or carrier GERMANY or CANADA
