Hi All,

Please help me resolve my query....

This is regarding PCC from India... The local police station says that they can issue PCC immediately without my photograph on it which is accepted for immigration purpose according to them... But if i want it with photograph, than i will need to visit them personally after which they will issue PCC in a week's time.... So guys from India who got there PCC, please let me know that it is with/without photograph???

Either way is good enough... if it has your passport number and/or dob etc. It is good to go

I have done with medicals on 29th October. Third line is not added yet.

OK. Wait for one more week.

Just note that medical result received is not an very important update. Whether someone's medical result right or wrong, it will be updated, anyway.

Also you can contact your medical center to know when your medical was uploaded. Sometime the medical center makes delay in uploading.

Thanks again for all the information!! I have one more question, which is quite complicated and I feel stuck. I dont want to misrepresent but this is my situation-

I work at a store called XYZ which is owned by a couple. The store sells jewellery and clothes. The store's owner have two registered companies Company A & Company B running at the same premises with the same owners(for accounting purposes) & same directors.

Company A- Deals in jewellery. I work for this company and my job description matches my NOC by 90%. All other employees, suppliers etc can confirm. However I get my salary slips from company B.

Company B- Deals in clothes. I dont really work for this company but I get my monthly cheque from this company. So officially I am an employee of Company B

The directors are willing to co-operate and will write the employment letter from either company so what should I do?

Would it be okay if I send OPTION 1-
1) a letter of employment from Company A outlining my duties and put a note in saying that the ownership/location of both the companies is the same and for only accounting purposes I get my salary from company B
2) Another letter confirming the same from Company B, that I am an official employee only for accounting purposes, but I do all the duties for company A
3) A copy of my Income tax return with the proof that I get my pay cheque from company B

Or OPTION 2 - should I not confuse CIC and just send a letter of employment from Company B with my job duties. However it will be odd as my job description would involve duties not required by company B.

Please help I dont want to misrepresent and I am quite confused? Thanks

Hi,
Your situation is very similar with a IT service company where the skillset of the person is sometimes utilized at the client center only and not on his home base.
Now in your case - If Company B has employed you then you need to have the job description on Company B's letter head since you are an employee of Company B and was hired by them. Your Salary letters + Role description + offer letter + etc should all line up and reference the same company.

congratulations for getting MR, PCC and RPRF request
1. it is completely normal for 45 days of time to finish the process
2. in gujarat to do Medical only one option available which apollo hospitals
and you have to book an appointment before going there
3. for pcc you need to go to PSK in ahmedabad and for that you book it online and then pay 500rs and take an appointment for your PCC request after that they will send your PCC request to local police stations
but it won't take more than 2 weeks

If your app is returned bcoz of capping you will not receive UCI...
UCI is Unique client identification...this is used for further communication and tracking status of your application while processing of the same.

Hi, my application was returned last year due to capping and it came with my UCI. This year I applied again and received PER, it contained the same UCI issued to me last year with my returned package. I have been able to successfully track my application this year using the UCI.
Please don't give out information you are not sure about, it's unfair to those who genuinely need accurate information.
