No, its +1 for sure Goku. Tried again giving +1 but I'm karmafied.
In case you have given -1 by mistake and then want to correct it, you just need to give +1 again and your +1s increase by a count of 1 and -1s decrease by a count of 1.

Yes you do. They might ask you for proof of fund at the time of landing. So its better to maintain funds in your account.
