KSA, just a quick Question pls.
As i can see from here all ur updates are correct but i question just the total CIC App of 8497 which u have here against 8101 on CIC website itself.
I know some NOC's capped last week (2173 and 74) haven't been added yet, just wondering how u arrived at 8497.

Received today email for MR and another email asking for updating background form, payment, PCC.

Is there any sequence to maintain. ie. will I do the online payment now or later after sending documents. ??

I am a new member of your immigration family! Nice to meet you all!
First of all, i want to say thank you for all of you, for your advice, which helps and encourage others. I have been reading this forum for almost 2 month, and of course, a lot of misunderstandings gone away.
Unfortunately, i have two questions which disturb my mind for 24 hours per day.
1) In my WES report, my degree is "Bachelor's and master's degree". How much points will i obtain according to the report?
2) My application package was received 11/6/2014 under NOC 2132. How do you think, what are my chances to be in cap? There are 532 people now, so i am afraid, i won't get in.

And does check on immigration matters in other countries are part of Background check or criminality check?

Reason I'm asking is because I have sent corrected Background / Declaration form, originally I answered question 6 (d) about visa refusals incorrectly. So I would like to know when can I assume that this issue is now settled? at MR stage or at RPRF?

That's basically background check. After RPRF you can be 99% sure

I think you would get 23 Points as you have masters degree.
