Any estimation when NDVO will issue Passport Request?
Based on past year experience?

Currently it seems like they will only start after finishing all MR for this year

First MR for NDVO came on 8th August, keeping in mind that landing date should be one year within MR, people might get only 6 months to relocate.

Also since I got MR on 20th October, it doesn't seem like, I am getting any PPR this year.

With that stage mainly VO comes into picture, even after MR, minor/tiny possibility to get refusal. so that gap will be still a gap of 1-2 out of 1000 cap.

Else seniors can throw some Laser light here.

I have very interesting question to ask. For example Noc 2173 and 2174 are capped because it is assumed that first 1000 has passed the completeness check and now they are going to return rest of the applications back to the applicants. What if any applicant is rejected after the completeness check

OR

if this is assumed that 1000 cap means all 1000 applicants' payment charged or PER received. What if someone's application is rejected after that stage???

My question is what CIC will do in this case where total number of applicants for NOC 2173 or 2174 can be less than 1000 because at that time they would have returned the remaining applications back to the applicant ?????

We never know the operations @ any VO.
depends on the work log they handle in routine. can't really predict. yes based on previous years' experience one can estimate/calculate the rough idea.

Thats' correct once MR conducted, within 6 months they have to send PPR, as one will need another 6 months to relocate/settle/wind up things in own country.

Visa validity will be one year from MR else the passport expiry of applicant or either of any member of family.

Got my PER on 28th Oct
Request you to please throw some light on following queries

1. When can i expect my MR request
2. I sent PCC for me and my wife along with the application... But the PCC of my wife had dates mentioned on it i.e valid from 2009-till date.... Hope it will be all fine
3. I stayed in netherlands for 183 days... When i sent my friend to apply for PCC, they are requesting request letter from visa office . what to do now as the netherlands PCC takes 6 weeks minimum..... Is it possible that the visa office not require PCC of netherlands as its just 183 days

Really worried... Please help

1. No one knows for sure. The average time of the forum users can be viewed on the spreadsheet
2. Should be fine if the PCC was not older than 3 months
3. You should get the PCC, they are asking for it.

My medical request,RPRF ,PCC request& passport Bio page on 21st oct-2014 .Medicals were done and uploaded and CIC website also shows medicals recieved.
my all docs received on 10th Nov-2014 by London visa office.Any idea when will they ask for Passports.Does it take long time.
please advise.

Good quality Winter wear is most imoortant. Buy clothes which you can wear in layers. Temprature in winter drops to -10 to -15 in Toronto and goes upto 35-40 degree in summers.

Carry some regular/daily use things for initial settelment as spending too much money in initial days is not at all advisable.

After coming out of flight and before reaching hotel, I realized I wasted my money..

Thanks to my cousins(Citizens of Canada) who gave me a their Jacket(which they have purchased locally) to my rescue

Indian woolens and other winter wear are not too helpful, this is my personal experience..

I am having 5 years of experience in the NOC(2133) to which I am going to apply. But I am getting short of 2 marks, so planning to show two years experience in other field which is of NOC 2173 to get 67 marks.

My question is will they consider experience of NOC (2173) for which I am not applying??

Yes they will consider your experience in 2173 (for awarding points)provided you submit all documents like reference letter as per the checklist and other supporting documents.

Coz we never know the weather until we reach, so better to get experts opinion / browse around or some relatives/friends who can guide thru what to bring along. else waste of money. or doing trash

To be very honest how CIC is behaving these days I can predict that this number will increase from 1-2 out of 1000.

1. MR around 35-50 days since PER, (also depends on VO)
2. If required for spouse, PCC will be asked a Latest copy. (wat ur PCC reads)
3. PCC is required for each country stay more than 6 months or above. (quite close 183 days)
4. Ask Netherland authority, to issue PCC, on the basis of the PER letter you have. Try to convience via a cover letter, explaining that you yet to recieve MR/PCC request from you VO. and to avoid delay and submit the same within the timeline, you need to apply a earlier application for PCC.

Guys good pm we all noticed that lately they capped again noc 21... I just want to ask if completeness check also is being selective also for this noc's


If that will be the case what is the current date in completeness checking.....

Alsofor 3012 what is your predictions of it being capped.....
