1. MR around 35-50 days since PER, (also depends on VO)
2. If required for spouse, PCC will be asked a Latest copy. (wat ur PCC reads)
3. PCC is required for each country stay more than 6 months or above. (quite close 183 days)
4. Ask Netherland authority, to issue PCC, on the basis of the PER letter you have. Try to convience via a cover letter, explaining that you yet to recieve MR/PCC request from you VO. and to avoid delay and submit the same within the timeline, you need to apply a earlier application for PCC.

Hope this helps!

Hello all !!!
Reposting Third Time.... Guys request your help
I m a july 3 applicant
Got my PER on 28th Oct
Request you to please throw some light on following queries
1. When can i expect my MR request
2. I sent PCC for me and my wife along with the application... But the PCC of my wife had dates mentioned on it i.e valid from 2009-till date.... Hope it will be all fine
3. I stayed in netherlands for 183 days... When i sent my friend to apply for PCC, they are requesting request letter from visa office . what to do now as the netherlands PCC takes 6 weeks minimum..... Is it possible that the visa office not require PCC of netherlands as its just 183 days
Really worried... Please help

Do one thing...

generally, in such cases last 6 months bank statement (original, along with seal of bank and sign BM) is preffered.

so, visit ur bank and ask for the same. Submit it with cover letter specifying ur situation in summarized way.

I think this will work for sure.

I just received my MR yesterday and RPRF request along with a request for an explanation for the proof of funds. I am just wondering if I have my own bank account for more than a year and my funds came mostly from my parents how would i explain this? Should I explain that it came from them and from my savings and family business? is this acceptable? anyways, our family business is named under my parents. What papers do i have to present to prove this? thank you

I have very interesting question to ask. For example Noc 2173 and 2174 are capped because it is assumed that first 1000 has passed the completeness check and now they are going to return rest of the applications back to the applicants. What if any applicant is rejected after the completeness check

OR

if this is assumed that 1000 cap means all 1000 applicants' payment charged or PER received. What if someone's application is rejected after that stage???

My question is what CIC will do in this case where total number of applicants for NOC 2173 or 2174 can be less than 1000 because at that time they would have returned the remaining applications back to the applicant ?????

Dear sweeties,

My app was received on July, 31st, for the NOC 0911, and the payment method was money order. Does it take longer than CC to be charged? Based upon your experience, when should I try to call the bank to check if the money order was withdrawn?

Thank you all, kisses

Sorry to hear that.
wat NOC ? u in ?
Processing time, if CAPS not closed will be the same, as a NEW APP

NOC0112 - Human Resource Managers. As I have already allotted UCI number...will there any consideration in processing application?

Thank you Palak..!!

Even I was thinking the same that no need to submit traffic history.

Dont think so Travel History is asked.
JUST PCC from Australia.

It will be treated as a whole new Application, only handy thing will be u got the UCI#, so after 100 days approx. from date of received app by CIC, you can check status. GuDLuK :)

Dear Iqbal bhai,

Salam. Ken asen :D :D??? Bhai you have to report to CIC about the birth of your child. In your email CIC has clearly mentioned......."Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals."

below is the link for CSE for Singapore.....

About the bank solvency CIC will ask for it. That time you have to make a new one. And the next step after PER is medical. And if you get lucky then CIC will ask for Medical+RPRF+Passport :) :)

Thanks for ur replay..
Should I inform them now or after getting AOR?

A further confirmation to a Closed question.

I have emailed NDVO on the online payment for RPRF (while we had the big discussion on if online payment is possible or not). Email was sent on 25th Oct 2014.

I received reply today saying that the online payment is correct and has already been added to my file.

Thought to update you all!!!

Good Day!
Thank you for the update....

Looks like the CC can't be charged on that incorrect info.
Find out a way to send updated details/into to CIC, what's the App received date ? what timeline you have to update them ?

Bro,

I think it is not compulsary for CIC to fill the cap (1000) in hot NOCs.

So, even if they will reject at later stage (say, LVO) they will simply abosrb such shocks :-X :-X

Also, overall CAP will definitely under 25,000 (looking at the current scenario), so may be they will not ask for previously rejected applications to resubmit.

...my thoughts...
