Sad to know that one of our member got his app returned on 17th NOV. Applied on 4th Sep for Noc 2173. I don't know what will happen with my app in same noc for 27th August.

IN my case it took 1.5 Months but your may be earlier.

Yes i'm with DD but some of the people on this forum were saying I may not be in the cap. I'm not sure what will happen... I tried to call the CIC but the representative said I don't have access to the FSW record. Please tell me what should I ask them when I call ???

Any latest applicant charged (CC or DD) for 2173 ??? It makes me feel sad if there is no update for this NOC no charging. Seems like up till 12 Aug all applicants have capped this NOC.

Yes, I totally agree with you because it is hard to believe that CIC can receive such a huge bunch of applications in the month of August but for which month they have closed this cap according to the completeness check looks little hard to estimate i think. They were going at 50 applications...
