Is there still hope for Aug 13th applicants for NOC 2173? Is it completed applications counted into cap or completed applications + payment charged is counted into cap?
Since past few days, I am waiting for my CC to be charged

Hello alll! Our ECAs status say in process we did not teceive Per email.
Shouldnt it say eligibility complete?
What ecas status do applicantdshave after per email was sent out?

Finally received MR and RPRF request.
Still got few questions.
1. When I submit my application, I had only provided balance certificate as a proof of fund. Other forum members told that they will ask for balance certificate again during Mr request. But I wasnt ask to provide it. Although, shall I provide the new balance certificate or not ?
2. I have already provided original copy of PCC for Norway (as I lived there for more than six month). But, they are asking to provide it again. What shall I do ?

Please help me and would like to give a big THANX to everyone who supported us to reach to this stage of application. ;D

You seems to provide those that they did not ask and not keen to provide those that they ask for

No, you don't need to provide any POF as they don't asked.

If getting PCC from norway is very inconvenient, than request waiver from NDVO that you have already provided and never travel after PCC being issued. They may consider it.
