URGENT !!!!!!..

My friend recevd back file under 4011, app on 10 June 2014, Immig Officer only said your exp does nt show that you have done duties as mentioned in the NOC. Now the probelm is....We want to re apply for him,,,can we send in the same file...along with renewed DD and detailed list of duties performed on the job....please suggest....he is really upset

Treat it as new application. Get updated all with new forms. Reapply.

Hi All,

When was the cap for NOC 2173 reached. One of my friend applied under this NOC and app date is 15th Aug.

Last week. Pray hard for him, he may get in, as last applicant charged is 12 August.

Finally received MR and RPRF request.
Still got few questions.
1. When I submit my application, I had only provided balance certificate as a proof of fund. Other forum members told that they will ask for balance certificate again during Mr request. But I wasnt ask to provide it. Although, shall I provide the new balance certificate or not ? - No need.
2. I have already provided original copy of PCC for Norway (as I lived there for more than six month). But, they are asking to provide it again. What shall I do ? - Submit fresh one again.

Please help me and would like to give a big THANX to everyone who supported us to reach to this stage of application. ;D

You need not to provide the balance certificate for funds as these are required at the application stage only, next time you will require to show the funds is the time of Landing.

She can ask CIC about your file from another email ID other than the registered one. Give your details like Name, passport details application delivery date and ask about the present status of her file..
when you will get a reply from CIO then you will come to know the exact situation.. !!

Hi Seniors,

My application received through consultant on sept 26 under NOC 0112. Does CIC informs by email at same time they consider the application incomplete or they send only hard copies? Kindly advise.

After 100 days of received, dd or cc is charged.

After 14 days of cc or dd charging, per emails is sent. Before that no communication is made.

If an application is not OK before charging, they will send the package back through snail mail.

If an application is not OK after charging, they can either send the package back or keep the package forever and send email notification.
