Just got the MR and RPRF request from CPC-Ottowa

I hope you continue your help by answering some questions that I am finding confusing about the MR and RPRF

1- I have got forms for myself and family members, there is a place for photo on this form that is currently empty, I should fill those before going to the doctor?
2- If the doctor submits the results electronically to the VO and also I can pay the RPRF online, do I still need to print the RPRF receipt and send it in hardcopy to the VO with a printed copy of the Medicals receipt or sending RPRF through email will be sufficient.

2. When was ECAS sts updated for you
3. What does ECAS sts says now?
4. Dis you sent PCC with application

do u guys think i will fall in cap for 2133 as the cap filled is 353 and i am not really sure is this number true for now or is it till some previous month, how do they update it,
I am just waiting for my credential asseesment which is expected till 25 nov, please guide me guys , the rate at which it is being filled will it fill up before my application. also everything is ready except one police certificate from uk , can i send the application without it ??Please answer seniors

Though emedicals suppose to not required it, still some medical center insist it - at least my medical center ask for it.
2- If the doctor submits the results electronically to the VO and also I can pay the RPRF online, do I still need to print the RPRF receipt and send it in hardcopy to the VO with a printed copy of the Medicals receipt or sending RPRF through email will be sufficient. Yes, because VO won't never know that you paid RPRF without the receipts. When you send the rprf payment receipts, send also the medical payment receipts photocopy. Go through the instruction. My VO categorically asked to send hard copy. Some VO accepts email

18 AUG applicant UNDER 1112.. SHOULD I KEEP HOPE ALIVE OR ITS "GAME OVER"?

Check the last CC charge date and whether it is being continued. If you find the 1112 is still being charged and the last charge date is near your received date, you may have some hope.
