I have been informed by seniors that employment requirements are NOT taken into consideration for FSWP. Lead statements and duties are taken into consideration and that you have 67 points or more to be able to apply. I find your response a bit rude. If you have no intentions of helping others please don't answer queries.

CIC must have taken a lot of future applications in consideration to reach CAP. Its just not possible that they suddenly recd so many applications for NOC 2171 and NOC 2173.
You should be OK with regards to CAP..

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 1 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

I'm 28 July applicant... Waiting to hear from CIC... Don't know when will I recieve the mail... Really worried that I am not even able to confirm from my bank that the DD has encased yet or not...hoping for the best.

I tried that option today morning. If you dont enter the UCI number after 3 times they are saying " due to the high call volume we cannot transfer the call to a agent please try again". I tried it several times but it is not working.

do u guys think i will fall in cap for 2133 as the cap filled is 353 and i am not really sure is this number true for now or is it till some previous month, how do they update it,
I am just waiting for my credential asseesment which is expected till 25 nov, please guide me guys , the rate at which it is being filled will it fill up before my application. also everything is ready except one police certificate from uk , can i send the application without it ??
