Updates on my application:

NOC : 2174
Application Date: Aug 21
Additional package sent: Oct 29 (updated forms and Offer of Employment)
Application Return Date: Nov 4th
Return Application Delivered On: Nov 10th (updated forms were missing)

New Package Sent again with Offer: Nov 12th
Expected Delivery of package: Nov 13th

Hope that i'll be considered under Arranged Employment Category with LMIA exemption (since I am on OWP in Toronto)

I saw your below post and wanted to know some details my application was reached CIC on 28th July under 2174 NOC code and 2 days back (on 10/11/2014) I received a letter ( from CIC > CONSULTANT > ME) saying my application has not got into CAP. But when i checked the google docs, it should be in cap. Do you think was there any miscommuncation or any other? Appreciate your quick reply and help. Thanks

Just wanna share this for 2173 - August applicants (to give hope and inspiration)...


I was able to talk with a fellow Pinoy in FB group and he has same experience as mine. He was a 2174 - June 20 (DD mode) applicant. When 2174 reached 1000 capacity, he got worried because last charging was June 19 and he didn't know the status of his application if included in the 1000 cap. After 2 weeks, he emailed LVO (Manila - VO) to inquire about his status and had known that his application is already In-Transit to the Visa Office. Also, he got his UCI number.

As per conversation with him, the update for 2174 (Oct 10 - with June 19 as last charged date) even reached the date of July 4 applicants. This means that August applicants has hope for PER as long as no problems with the documents.

I am an Aug 13 and the last charge date for 2173 is Aug 12. I hope this helps to all 2173 who's like me a worried pal. Smiley Wink Cheesy Grin Tongue

Any Idea how many days it takes from PER for our files to get transfer to NDVO. Once the file is transferred then after how many days the visa officer attends the file......

Is the Singapore VO actually processing applications? I see no change (except for a couple of people) for SGVO. :-[
@ Dhakaattiude - can you please check your entry? eCas updated and AOR received for 5th July applicant?
Either this entry is wrong or other people in SGVO are not updating at all :-X :-X

Last AOR in SGVO is for application received on 10th June 2014 (What happened? 29 people never updated after AOR)

Last Processing Started in SGVO application received date is 7th May 2014 (?? :'( :'( 14 people never updated after Processing Started)

Last MR is for application from 21st May (4 people not updated I think - ashif_kuetse03/kenkirin/Sukhi Salim/sarwar_zahan ?)

Last PPR is for application from 26th May(6 people not updated I think - etcetra/Pippa/homesickvn/AlvinYu/mssb/mrs_fca/Misha123 ?)

Below people, can you please update what has happened? have you tried contacting VO to see why process not happening?

Just 2/3 pages earlier i saw one person has reported rejection because he/she didn't sign in one paper. And for the August applicants of NOC 2173 just stay cool & relax. You are in the cap. For September applicants of 2173, if my assumption is not wrong, the applicants of 1st & 2nd week of September are also in the cap.

Hello Brother,

Average processing time from PER to AOR is around 46 days. Some people reported that it takes 2 weeks to get transferred but actual AOR mail is arriving only atleast after a month. From AOR to processing status is around a week. After that MR is same day as Processing status or a week later (maximum). So tentatively, your AOR will come between 5th Nov - 20th Nov. Processing will start 27th Nov. MR/RPRF/Interview Request/PPR will be around 4th December. If everything goes fine with the above, you will get PPR in 30 days (maximum) 3rd/4th Jan but give some slack for holiday season. So you can expect to land in Canada by Jan end earliest.

All timelines are tentative as I don't work for the CIC. I have done this analysis from available entries in the SS. Information and actual dates may turn out to be very different from what I have quoted.
