Many thanks for helping out us with your wisdom. I am in a confusion. Please help me out.
I am 2173 Oct12th applicant. So as cap reached.

1) Is there any hope still that my CC get en-cached?
2) If not, will my packet will be returned?
3) Will i be considered for FSW'15 without sending new app?
4) what else can i do?

[size=14pt]I have one request, if possible ... **** Please update important & required information timeline under you Name in Profile, so that it can be easy for every one to understand and see details rather then to go and check in SS.

It is very Easy, Below are steps:

Just go to right top of Screen and you will find " PROFILE " tab, click over it.

Then - On the left middle of screen you will get 3 options : Under " Modify Profile " - please choose second option " Forum Profile Information " and click over it.

Then please enter your details , whatever applicable , like :

Location:
Category........:
Visa Office......:
NOC Code......:
App. Filed.......:
Doc's Request.:
Nomination.....:

And it will show under your name .... Please help each other to make it easy to check current timeline of individual.

In what ways a person can get NER after CC/DD charged ? It can be only because the person scored less than required points of 67 or due to some document issue ?

hi everyone
as some of you said, my application (september 19) did not make it into the cap.. :'( :'(

but what now?
I wanted my originals which I sent with my package this year.. like IELTS, police verification, ECA report etc.
Roughly, how long do you think it will take to have my application returned back to me?

I am planning for EE next year; will I have my documents by that time?

Also, when I tried contacting IELTS for addition report card, they said, they needed some kind of receipts from CIC to issue that.. I do not have any except the proof of delivery of the courier, which IELTS guys said they wont accept that..

I feel like I am stuck in between.. can you please help me?

Is there any CIC helpline mail id or contact number whom I can contact and ask about my application status?

CIC return package in normal post so it take long time (mostly you should get it back in 2 month time)
for getting IELTS duplicate report - you can give generic application filled form copy , along with courier copy for canada
you will get the duplicate copy within 15 working days
i got my duplicate ielts report by above mentioned way in IDP

Yes as per the CIC notification, Only copy of BC is missing. Have you submitted 10th certificate with name of at least one parent or only self affidavit for BC ?

I hope so, and I think they will increase the speed hopefully to reduce the gap between CCC and PER email.

Strangersr said he received NER since he got less than 67, CIC did not count 5 points for his relative in CA and some working experience years.

Yes. I sent 10th certificate + self affidavit. My CC charged last week. Definitely you can give a try if there is no issue with Cap .
