Many thanks for helping out us with your wisdom. I am in a confusion. Please help me out.
I am 2173 Oct12th applicant. So as cap reached.

1) Is there any hope still that my CC get en-cached?
2) If not, will my packet will be returned?
3) Will i be considered for FSW'15 without sending new app?
4) what else can i do?

In what ways a person can get NER after CC/DD charged ? It can be only because the person scored less than required points of 67 or due to some document issue ?

2) Yes once the cap is full all remaining packer will be returned
3) No, you still need to share the packet again
4) You can try for NOC 2172 if its applicable to you if not possible be ready with all ur document for Express entry

Thanks to the assistance from @Diplomatru and others, I sent my addendum and am waiting for any reaction. Do you think it would be advisable to resubmit the application to make sure that I get into the program? Is it possible at all to submit two applications on the same NOC (2133)?

hi everyone
as some of you said, my application (september 19) did not make it into the cap.. :'( :'(

but what now?
I wanted my originals which I sent with my package this year.. like IELTS, police verification, ECA report etc.
Roughly, how long do you think it will take to have my application returned back to me?

I am planning for EE next year; will I have my documents by that time?

Also, when I tried contacting IELTS for addition report card, they said, they needed some kind of receipts from CIC to issue that.. I do not have any except the proof of delivery of the courier, which IELTS guys said they wont accept that..

I feel like I am stuck in between.. can you please help me?

Is there any CIC helpline mail id or contact number whom I can contact and ask about my application status?
