No NER is sent by CIO rather the complete application package is sent back.

means you hang in the air till you get your returned application package through snail mail? that would be cruel...

As per your reply above that 99.9% i m counted in 1112 as my application was reached on june 23 but i have not received PER mail yet...and my CC was not charged....what should i do?

Yet CIO is issuing PERs to mid June and charging late June and July applicants. You should wait and stay positive.

If you want you can write to CIO to inquire about your application cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca (consider without spaces) Include Your Surname, Name, DOB, Application received date, time and received by, UCI (if you have), NOC, Country, address and contact number. You can expect reply in 45 days.


Also you should check the copy of your application to find if there is any gap/missing.

Dear Forum Members

I am 4th July Applicant and received my PER on 30 Oct. My Visa Office is London. My kids passports are expiring Dec 2015 so intent to get them renewed before medical request. My sons name as per passport had an error such that the first name was spelled as surname and the surname as the name. I want to rectify this, however, all the immigration forms filed with CIC required names to be input as per the passport, therefore, while filing application had input the names as required.

My concerns are:
1) I know that i will have to send them copies of the new passports before medical request. Would like to know the address of LVO and whether to send them through email or via courier? and also should send them unsolicited or when LVO solicits?
2) Most importantly will it be an issue with LVO if i rectify the name in my sons passport just like the way it should be?

Kindly help me on this.

Friend it is on there site.. .passport transmission services. http://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india/

Brother, that is within country, not outside the country.
I called VFS and confirmed. May be, they are not even aware.

Hi,

How to get UCI number. I did not find anywhere in my previous returned file.

I applied in FSW 2013 but when my application reached the cap was reached and the application was returned back to me. There were few red tick marks on my application form but there was no UCI number, even on the cover letter they wrote.

So, how can I find or get UCI number.

I am 11st Sept applicant under 2171....I am bit worried that the same situation should not come as of FSW2013.

vind, i must correct you on this.
cio DOES issue NER via email, and they DO NOT send anything back in case of NER, that is, if you do not meet the requirements (such as obtaining below 67points).
I got my NER on october 18th, and my CC got charged on July 29th, so it was about two and half months apart.

Cap reached applications are not assigned UCI.

When will they assign UCI number after completeness check or before charging

@ manish, did CAS update take place on Saturday in your case?

@ Djolev, FSW fee is an MCC purchase, so stay cool!

Brother Diplomatru , My ECAS updated on firday in evening after 30 mins office opened in Nove Scotia - 9 am NS time.
And i got PER on Monday , after 3 days at 8:45 am NS time.

PER is on the way and ECAS can update any time on any day, so keep checking with old UCI# or new one if have any.

I saw in SS for 2174 some entries are there even after cap reached date. So I have some hope if that could possible with us also !!!!

URGENT - Please i need clarification on claiming primary NOC for a friend, he is claiming 2 years in NOC 2172 and 4 years in NOC 2173. Will CIC make the NOC 2172 as his primary NOC and will his past 4 years experience IN 2173 be added to his years of experience. i.e 6years in total.

Unfortunately No automatic change of NOC is done to accommodate applicant.

If complete documents (as per document checklist) are submitted for 2173 then that experience will be considered for awarding points.
