Hello Bharat,
I can't say whether u will fall into cap or not. But u should immediately contact ur area's postman if ur application is returned by the CIC. I was 25th Aug applicant, got my file back on 8th Nov, 2013, CIC dispatched date was 29th Oct, 2014. I did the same as i am telling you. It helped me a lot, may be helpful for u also.

+1 Yesterday night I checked but till then no update. Possibly it has been updated late night.

Also total remained same 8,101 though previously it should be 8196 and now it should be 8497.

any 2132 applicants out there?/?? i just want to confirm whether the following JDs mentioned in my expeirence letter match with NOC 2132? i have already submitted my application but i just want to confirm if it is OK for this NOC?


• Starting from a conceptual design, designing and optimization of mechanical components and

assemblies for ongoing projects

• Performing design calculations manually as well as on MATLAB

• Analyze design ideas, specifications, international standards, and other data to determine the

feasibility, cost and manufacturing requirements of the designs

• Parametric modeling of the initial as well as approved designs on Creo Parametric

• Structural analysis of components and assemblies, including Finite Element analysis on ANSYS

Workbench

• Developing production drawings for the approved designs

• Generating work orders for manufacturing/fabrication of approved designs

• Follow up of manufacturing of components to ensure compliance with the design

Hi everyone, I got my PER today thru mail. ;D

Application sent last may 28
DD negotiated = sept 24
Email from visa office for additional doc = nov 10
PER thru mail = Oct 15 ( date in the letter) letter received this morning

Happy to inform you that i received hard copy of PER through post office last week. Letter was dated 15 Oct 2014 and it was mentioned that "the email address i provided could not receive correspondence".

Just as a reminder of the case.
Application received on 12 JUne 2014
DD Cashed on 3 Oct
Hard copy of PER dated 15 Oct 2014.

One question now??? can i know the details of the medical exam we will now be asked to go through? What does it consist of : Blood Test? ECG?BP?Urine Test? Xray?weight. height? eyesight?
My visa office is Pretoria.Can i know how long i would have to wait to receive the next letter from CIC for the medical exam and do we receive it by post office or email?

The radiologist at Lilavati Hosp gave me the x-ray and suggest me to show it to my personal doc and get him to prescibe me medicines. I later went to my own doctor and he prescribed me a week's medicines. Planning to then get an x-ray done with my personal doc before going to Lilavati for an x-ray again.

Anyone else on here who has faced a similar issue?

Don't abuse the x-ray.

To my understanding all applicants for NOC 2173 till 15 sep at least should be within cap. Reason, 15 days back CIC checked apps till aug end. I am sure by now they would have processed 15 more day. I am quite confident that all apps till 15 sep for noc 2173 should be in cap.

You were asked to send the medical request letter along with the MR, PCC and RPRF package. If you attached that, there is no need to mention anything. Hope this helps
