To my understanding all applicants for NOC 2173 till 15 sep at least should be within cap. Reason, 15 days back CIC checked apps till aug end. I am sure by now they would have processed 15 more day. I am quite confident that all apps till 15 sep for noc 2173 should be in cap.

Noc 2174 and app date 18 July. ... I think cap reached by 4 July. ... confused.

In India name was never mentioned on birth certificate 30 years back. I have sent copy of passport which explains my dob and hence age.

For my wife I have submitted 10 certificate but not for myself. Do you suggest I need to send it?
