Don't get disheartened....I am sure CIC is planning to release the Officers assigned for hot NOCs, like 2171 and 2173 after capping for the other NOCs...this way they can reduce the rush of files coming into cic WHICH is unnecessary load on them, in terms of resending all those files later due to capping. This also saves them courier charges which is not small!

I agree it delays the cold NOCs by a couple of weeks, but since overall CIC load of receiving and returning capped apps etc is reduced,, the net impact will be only a few days! Wish you all the best!

Also to add: this will help CIC for express entry which they are suppose to launch in Jan 2015, where they clear HOT Noc's and then after express entry is officialy launched applications from this hot NOC's could be managed confortably by completing all the process til VISA issued for hot NOC's in FSW 2014...
Any Suggestions on this??

I am a 2nd July applicant (132 days n waiting), no news yet.. Didn't receive the package back, no NER, no PER, DD was outstanding till last month.. I am going crazy... ???

I don't agree!! They want to control applications inflow, only way they can do it by working on hot NOCs. Consultants give false hopes to aspirants and keeps pushing apps until they see 1000!! CIC doesn't charge us anything unless we get PER and we are not paying them by cash, to talk about Cash inflows. They can get money from DDs or CCs only after c-check, 99% charged cases get PER.

Yeah, I appreciate your positive thinking. But, I was told by the bank from where i got my DD that money is transferred to RBC as soon as we are issued a DD. Your money straight goes to canadian funds before it is officially declared to be encashed by the real beneficiary i.e. CIC nova scotia. If they are trying to reach caps faster for hot NOCs then on the other hand they are depriving other NOCs of the true picture of their cap status. Hence, the consultant false claims still become popular for the rest of the NOCs. My God, the idiotic theories they tell to their clients. The cash inflow factor is a very big factor in case of DDs (and people prefer DDs due to CC instability and locking issues). Against 25000 applications they would be receiving in lacs. This is am advantage that most people in the field of finance understand better (may be I am not that literate in that are, just my little brains analysis)

Hi

Recently I received MR, PCC and RPRF from NDVO. Currently I am in newzealand and NDVO has sent one consent form to be submitted for obtaining newzealand PCC. I have few queries regarding the same.

1. Do I need to pay some fees for it. Nothing has been mentioned about the fees.
2. Where do I need to send this form? Two addresses are mentioned, one is Licensing and vetting service center, nz and other is of NDVO address.
3. Any other thing which I should take care of.

Any member who got the Nz pcc or any expert who has knowledge about it, please reply....
