By the way, CIC might not be breaking the rules with their recent explosion of NOC 21XX Charging. This simply could be because they want to close the cap for these nocs so no one else send new apps, and also for them to send back the out of cap apps immediately without opening them.

We all know that August completeness check was already done, so most probably what happened is that they took those apps that passed completeness already and calculated within cap and prioritized charging for NOC 21XX to update their website. However, it doesn't mean that those NOCs are prioritized over others because once completeness check is done, you are calculated in the cap. The difference only is that when your file will be reviewed again to send the PER. It is similar to the trend some VO's are following. Once you are calculated in the cap it doesn't matter. Your file will be reviewed when they decide to review it and issue the visa. So there might be some preferences for NOC's over others.

This is my point of view, might be right, might be wrong

I am a NOC 2171 applicant. My app received CIC on[size=10pt][/size] 25th Aug. Today at 7:30 I got CC Charging SMS on my mobile!!!!!

i have been reading past few pages.....and came to know that 21XX applications r processing fast...

well, i dont think so...i mean there is no such instruction....it is always first come-first serve types....

am not against anybody...but may be someone is playing around.....those entries could be bogus!!

keep hopes alive mates....

may god fulfill all ur dreams...

FYI..They are not bogus. Maybe CIC wants to wrap up these NOC or the concerned person who is taking care of these NOCs going on year end vacations. All are guesses, no one is aware of actual reason/scenario.

The reason many don't reply is the info required is not available on your profile ...please update profile.
Regarding your query, you can wait for local VO to ask for your pp copy, and at that time you can update them as courier with other attachments and email scan. There will be communication from local VO for this formally.

Regarding to the proof of fund, Can I withdraw the amount for a few days and deposit it again ? or it should be stable during the whole period of immigration process ?

Its not better/advisable to withdraw the whole amount. However, you may draw little amounts for routine transactions and replenish it back. This will enrich your statement and a proof that you are using your own money.

Hi, I have also filled my application under 4011 and my receiving date is 31 July 2014. It seems CIC is processing some NOC faster (a/c to spreadsheet). Hopefully soon we would get the golden message of charging.

2. My Passport will expire by end of Feb'15, is it ok to file with same details?

you must apply with a new passport as you are having validity of 3 months only..
