1. Yes one another mate reported PCC request even after submitting with original application. You should go ahead with that.recruitskm said:Hello Seniors,
I am 29th May applicant and after a long wait, finally received the MR email on 8th Nov from NDVO requesting for further documents along with Medical. I would like to take your valuable feedback/suggestions on the below before i proceed ahead on the next steps :
1. Though i already submitted the original PCC's (both mine & wife) along with my application, i further got a request from NDVO stating "From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself from India." Now what does that mean ? Did anyone else got the same request from NDVO even after submitting the PCCs already ?
2. My wife is expecting and the date given by the doctor is end of January. Do i need to intimate NDVO about this ? If yes, how this is going to impact the processing timelines ? or else we need to go with our medicals for the time being ?
Your help would be much appreciated.
Sachin
2. You should inform NDVO regarding the pregnancy of your wife. It is not advisable to get XRay done for your wife at this point of time as there is a risk of radiation exposure to the baby.
Inform vo about your situation they will give you extension for xray of your wife and also consult some doctor regarding xray.
Good luck
