NOC 1112 is full now according to the latest CIC info. is there any new CC charged for 1112 after the NOC capped? In this way we can confirm that the CIC number is upadted based on completness checking, otherwise the situation is different.

Hello all, I have applied on july 3rd and haven't heard anything from them till now. I haven't attached any job referral letter' but I have attached offer, reliveing letter and payslip' bank statements and self affidavit.
And I worked in Dubai for 4 years 2007-2011, do I need to provide PCC from Dubai.
