What's your primary NOC under which you apply?

Your application must be received by CIO before 31Dec2014, not "picked". So it is absolutely okay, do not worry. But stay patient, if everything is fine with you application and the process goes smooth, you will not hear from CIC within next 90-120 days. You may receive your PER earlier, but there are no guarantees.

I am May 14 applicant and my ECAS 2nd line is updated yesterday - "We started processing your application on October 30th, 2014".

When should i expect my MR? Details are enclosed below:

NOC: 2174
VO: NDVO
App Received: May 14
PER Date: Aug 21

Some applicants from NDVO are directly getting MR rather than a 2nd line update in ECAS? What difference does it make and when should i expect my MR?

hey guys,
I am in the process of sending a packet to NDVO and I just realized that the address listed is of a PO Box. I am based in New Delhi. UPS doesn't do domestic and FedEx doesn't do PO Box deliveries. Could someone point me to a reliable courier service please? Has anyone hand-delivered their packet?

Congrats , but it would be better to update the CPC Ottawa by your email, coz it will take long time to send hard copies of MR or any other later steps , they use post which is slow

Now this is what I don't like. Every Monday I get -3 for no reason, is this what you get for helping others. I don't mind if someone gives me -1 or -100. But give me the damn reason, so that can improve on where I went wrong.

P.S. I am also following ratings for other seniors as well, and happening with them them too.

It is not only you but Ashif, me, and probably Future and others in the -3 list ;D ;D ;D ; he opened 3 accounts for this purpose. It is his psychological problem where he is getting pleasure by inflicting pain. The more we discuss, the more that he will get happiness.

Today I received MR, PCC and RPRF email from NDVO But the ECAS status has no 2nd line update.

Application Date; 30 May 2014
PER Received: 24 Sep 2014
MR Mail: 03 Nov 2014

How do I pay RPRF fee online? I searched various immigration forums and CIC websites but there is no proper link redirecting to pay RPRF fee online for NDVO. Is it better to opt for DD in INR?

What a relaxed afternoon for me. Just received Medicals and RPRF request from NDVO. Here are the timelines:

App Submitted: 21st May
CC Charge: 3rd September.
PER: 12th September.
ECAS 2nd Line Updated 2nd November.
Medicals: 3rd November.

FYI: I submitted PCC and PVC from Bangalore Commissioner's office which was valid for 6 months and it expired on 10th of October. But I was not asked for a new PCC. So, think it entirely depends on the Visa Officer.

I am in my office currently and am not able to update the spreadsheet. Will do it as soon as I reach home.

Hopefully you will get it within 10 working days. however note that some are waiting for very very long time for MR after 2nd line. No trend can be defined for NDVO - it is really mysterious. And yes, some are getting MR before 2nd line.

At the end, it does not matter much between who received MR and who does not - NDVO is not issuing passport request.

Guys.

I emailed CIC 30 days ago to check status of my application as it was already more than 10 weeks I submitted my application which reached them on 17 July 2014 and today I got a reply that they are not able to find my application with the name and date of birth I have provided - so they have asked me to send them tracking number and the address I sent my application to.

As per instruction guide I sent my application via DHL to the address below.
