We are bsc ...they applied under 3233....I applied under 3012.....as I have the required license papers from Ontario licensing board for RPN...how about u?

Do you know that Banks should not reveal the account holders details to anyone other than the IT and Finance Departments, atleast in India.

As far as I know CIC will not be able to check your account details and balances. If at all they can verify with the bank if the document submitted by you is authentic or not. Please let me know if I am wrong

I have a question reg POF (Proof of Fund)

I am keeping the required fund in savings bank account for last 6months... but inbetween for a short period the balance slightly went below the required level. Now its ok.

I am expecting MR in a week or two ...

Will it cause any issue when V.O ask for fresh statement for POF ?

Normally VO will ask for 6months account statement or Balance certificate?


Generaly they ask for Balance certificates....if in any case they ask for statements which they usually don,t then some minor transactions in and out do not create any problem but you should atleast try to maintain 70% of your require funds in account all time, and at time of generating statement if asked by VO, make the fund as required by CIC guidelines for your application.

It depends, generaly it takes between 40 to 60 days......

Sawtantar, could u plz elaborate about major funds..! my application received on 03Oct14. I want to with draw some amount from my account. is it ok, if we re arrange funds after CC charged or file transferred stage?

CIC just en-query about major funds like FD RD in lakh they don't bother about small amount like 30,000 and 50,000.Dear up to my knowledge one of my friend moved to canada last year.during submission of documents he arrange funds and deposit in his bank account and get bank statement after receiving bank statement,complete file sent to CIC. After this he was withdraw all money.After receiving PER again deposit amount in his account and withdraw after landing in canada. But my suggestion to you is you can show FD because bank will give you more interest on FD and you will get back your immigration fees.

It depends on from where you got the PCC. If you got it from PSK, then it is valid for 1 year. If from Commissioner office, it should be 6 months or 1 year. It should be written on the document you received. I took PCC from Bangalore Commissioner's Office and it is stated on the document that it is valid for 6 months.
