This is totally unacceptable. You have the absolute right to know and to see all information and correspondence about your application at all times. Here is what you should do:

1. Your file is going to be transferred to your local VO. Send a Case-Specific Enquiry to your VO informing them that you will no longer use a consultant and that they should contact you directly for all future correspondence. Attach a copy of the "Use of Representative" form revoking the authorization for your consultant and indicating that you will no longer be represented by anyone. I believe you should send a paper copy to the VO as well as they need your actual signature, but ask them to confirm. Also explain the situation and ask for your UCI.

2. E-mail CIC and ask for your UCI and the status of your application. Unfortunately those e-mails are not answered for about 6 weeks but if you explain the situation and the urgency maybe you will get lucky and they will answer sooner. Also call CIC, though they usually don't give this information over the phone they sometimes do, and if you explain the situation and that you already got your PER they may be more helpful.

3. File a formal complaint with ICCRC and explain the situation fully.

4. If this consultant attempts to sabotage your application, you may need to hire a lawyer both to represent you with CIC as necessary and to threaten the consultant.

5. Don't pay the consultant another penny!

Initially, I did not wish to reply to your message. But I strongly disagree with the kind of thinking you have and I though I'd bring it to your attention.

If someone says "I wish things get delayed by 2 years because I want to have it 2 years later" is impolite in your sense

And then you use word like "Maaro sale ko" - for those who don't understand Hindi it means - "Let's beat him up" - is perfectly polite!

Aren't you being selfish here? I find it very funny when selfish people call someone else selfish! I have invested number of years in the UK, and I have much to lose if I leave the UK.

If you're not selfish then you should wish that I get my PR 2 years later, which needs London VO to process my application slower! Because I will be giving up quiet a lot of things, such as my network, my current job with which I am happy and my property. It has taken years of hard work to build everything I have in the UK and I am not willing to let it go easy! I don't care if some of the selfish forum members call me selfish!

1. I HAVE SUBMITTED MY WIFE BC ISSUED BY INDIAN CONSULATE (DUBAI) AS HER BORN PLACE WAS SHARJAH (DUBAI) + 10TH CLASS CERTIFICATE-GUJARAT BOARD
2. I SUBMITTED AFFIDAVIT FROM MY SENIOR COLLEAGUE AS MY COMPANY DENIED TO PROVIDE ME REFERENCE LETTER AS PER CIC FORMAT. EVEN COMPANY DENIED TO PROVIDE ANY MAIL THAT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING REF LTR DUE TO COMPANY POLICY. THEY HAD GIVEN ME CERTIFICATE MENTIONING MY JOINING DATE AND POSITION ONLY.
