However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

I am very sad because yesterday I have received PER for my second application and now, there is no any chance to refund the fees. The new PER has same UCI but a new application Number. When I opened the status online today, I found that I have Two lines for the two applications and hence, I could trace both applications.

What's so insensitive about it?

I wish that I get my PR after 2 years, and that's perfectly for a good selfish reason. I do not wish that everyone on this forum get their visa delayed. Everyone here has personal preferences. Even practically we can say that everyone is competing here for a Canada PR, because there is a CAP, those who apply faster and with complete file would get it. Those who don't, gets their file returned!

Everyone here says, I wish my file reaches before CAP is full.

So do you say that those sent complete file on time were insensitive?
It's about personal choices. I am not living in a third world country now, and I am doing fairly well where I am at present so I do not want a PR any soon. I want to buy time so that I make a decision which is best for MY OWN future!

But, Come on... people are waiting for it so desperately here... One needs to be polite, in every possible way, and if not...

Initially, I did not wish to reply to your message. But I strongly disagree with the kind of thinking you have and I though I'd bring it to your attention.

If someone says "I wish things get delayed by 2 years because I want to have it 2 years later" is impolite in your sense

And then you use word like "Maaro sale ko" - for those who don't understand Hindi it means - "Let's beat him up" - is perfectly polite!

Hello Seniors,

please suggest for reference letter.
I worked for 2 companies and 3rd company i am working.
1) for first company, i am getting reference letter on the letter head so no problem.
Does, I have to take reference letter from my colleauge also from the first company apart from the Reference letter on the 1st company Letter Head.

2) Second Company is closed now, all employess resigned from this company and on papers might be this company exist. officially it is closed.
I worked at two designations in second company. I am getting reference letter from the Manager of second company and attaching his old visiting card which is having mobile number and company address and email id which is not used now. Should I attach his outdated visiting card. the manager also resigned from second company. the format of the reference letter is as follows -

I would like to recommend Mr. Hartej who worked as Senior Executive in xxxx. as a full time employee. He worked 40 Hours per week.
During his Tenure with xxxx Mr. Hartej worked as System Administrator from 15th June 2009 to 30th April 2011 and as Senior Executive from 1st May 2011 to 4th January 2013.
I was his IT Manager and Mr. Hartej was reporting to me. He did excellent job as System administrator and Senior Executive and was an asset to the organization. He had excellent rapport with the users and senior managers of the company.

His Annual Salary at the time of resignation was INR xxxxxx (xxxxxx in words) which includes Variable Bonus, Retention Bonus, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Health Insurance & Personal Accident Insurance.


He was performing following tasks under my supervision:

Does his Reference letter for both companies is OK? or I have to reference letter for my previous company from my colleague?

Does i have to make a self assigned job duties on stamp paper or simply reference letter on a plain paper from the same manager in two companies will be ok? Also does i have to get the reference letter of my colleague also apart from manager reference letter.?
