I am very sad because yesterday I have received PER for my second application and now, there is no any chance to refund the fees. The new PER has same UCI but a new application Number when I opened the status online today, I found that I have Two lines for the two applications and hence, I could trace both applications.

??? Sad because you have got 2PER(s) while many people on the forum are praying to get one...reminds me of a saying in my native language;

'one that has head does not have a cap while the one that has a cap does not have a head to put it'

Called CIC now once more...waited for about 20 min. They said they cannot update the application status as they don't have access. Only way to know is by mailing and waiting for their response. :-X

If you didn't feel like other application to have been processed then you should've blocked your Credit card in order to stop the online transaction.

PER MAIL DATE: 28 OCTOBER 2014

I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE SOME THINGS REGARDING MY APPLICATION FOR REFERENCE OF OTHER FORUM MEMBERS.

1. I HAVE SUBMITTED MY WIFE BC ISSUED BY INDIAN CONSULATE (DUBAI) AS HER BORN PLACE WAS SHARJAH (DUBAI) + 10TH CLASS CERTIFICATE-GUJARAT BOARD
2. I SUBMITTED AFFIDAVIT FROM MY SENIOR COLLEAGUE AS MY COMPANY DENIED TO PROVIDE ME REFERENCE LETTER AS PER CIC FORMAT. EVEN COMPANY DENIED TO PROVIDE ANY MAIL THAT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING REF LTR DUE TO COMPANY POLICY. THEY HAD GIVEN ME CERTIFICATE MENTIONING MY JOINING DATE AND POSITION ONLY.

Seriously?????? I am just a silent reader in this forum, but this comment here seriously ticked me off... So INSENSITIVE!!!

What's so insensitive about it?

I wish that I get my PR after 2 years, and that's perfectly for a good selfish reason. I do not wish that everyone on this forum get their visa delayed. Everyone here has personal preferences. Even practically we can say that everyone is competing here for a Canada PR, because there is a CAP, those who apply faster and with complete file would get it. Those who don't, gets their file returned!

Everyone here says, I wish my file reaches before CAP is full.

So do you say that those sent complete file on time were insensitive?
It's about personal choices. I am not living in a third world country now, and I am doing fairly well where I am at present so I do not want a PR any soon. I want to buy time so that I make a decision which is best for MY OWN future!

However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

You are right my friend . That is a joke. I was thing that last year, I lost my place because of the cap and This year, God gave me 2 places therefore I would like every one who lost his chance this year , for being optimistic and being sure for getting a great gift next time
