PAN Card should not be used as National ID... Alternatively, u can keep the field blank......

Hi,
My spouse has been working as a staff nurse in emergency department since 2009. As compared to her duties and responsibilities with NOC 3012 'Registered nurses and Registered Psychiatric nurses',it seems that her duties just match in one or two points out of ten points. However, under 3012 there are various titles ,among them, a title of 'emergency nurse' is also included but they have not mentioned duties and responsibilities of this particular title. In this regard, would she be safe to apply to get experience points against with the number of years she has worked?

Under the income tax act 1961, there is a unique alphanumeric combination of permanent account number, which is available to prime authorities. Under the authority of central board for direct taxes, which is almost similar to a national identification number, is released by the Indian Income tax department. It also functions as an essential ID proof.

I mailed my FSW 2014 application. In IMM5562, I missed to report one of Spouse travel to singapore. In the addresses and Personal history, I have mentioned everything correct. Would this cause an issue? Is there any way I can send the 5562 travel info form again?

Plz reply. Anyone was there in a similar situation.

I have a query related to background form:

1) My father's place of birth is "Lahore" 1946 now in Pakistan but earlier in India. His passport also mentions Lahore, but not the country...So on the form , I am mentioning POB - Lahore , Country - Pakistan ( Undivided India)....pls advise if this is good to go.

2) During my earlier 3 jobs - I have been out of India on 3 occasions for official trips in 2 different countries ( 2007, 2010 & 2011-12). Each trip was over 2 months. Apart from these, there were few more personal / leisure trips to other nations.
Please advise how should answer Q 12 - Addresses of last 10 years of the Background Form

Not sure, If it is ok to mention only my Residential addresses of India during 3 earlier jobs and Overseas address are not required.
However, I will mention the overseas information in Travel form, but it doesn't ask for overseas address.

Please advise.....just an FYI...Out of 3 official overseas visits 2 were on Work Permit...1 was on Business Visa

Of course you can , but it will not have an expiry date so you have to mention "Not applicable" in that column after validation and printing.

Don't worry at all. CIO, Sydney, don't verify and investigate anything while processing - VO does. So when your files reach your VO, send the revise form with covering letter.

Honesty, no one knows when any cap will be filled. For the first time, there are 1000 slots per occupation but it is also the last time that the FSW scheme will be used so there is a lot of interest world wide. We can't tell who will apply, when they will apply or how fast any NOC will reach cap. The best thing is to apply now and hope for the best. Cheers.

Thanks for the reply. How do I know when the application reaches the VO? Will I get an email regarding it.

I have a friend who is about to apply for FSWP. He always took his passport with him while his work permit ID card is still being processed. Unfortunately, a water spilt on the visa page although the main page of the passport was not damaged. The question is, can he apply for FSWP and inform CIO that the passport will be replaced? He is afraid that by the time the new passport arrives, then cap is reached.
