Is there any reason that OP wants to withdraw his application. What if both husband and wife has PR's granted?
I don't understand here and if possible please educate me :-\

If both are found eligible then later one of them will have to withdraw their application for sure.

Municipal coorporation is hard to catch with Diwali holidays.

Municipal coorporation is not able to find my record and i am finding it difficult to get BC not available or non traceable certificate from them.

what to do in this case.
I have my 10th certificate or marksheet with my fathers name on it.

please suggest.

I am an early May FSW 2014 application visa office is London, the decision was made on my application 4 weeks ago still there has been no passport request, wondering how much time its gonna take can some one advise my timelines are
2nd May applicant, MR, RPRF and PCC request was received 20 Aug, submitted the docs on 10 Sep and decision made on 24 Sep.

If your 10th certificate has one of your parents name, it should be good enough. I know this very clearly, because this was reason for my friends rejection last year and in the valid documents it is written that 10th with one of parents name is fine document.
Also a school outgoing certificate, with a parents name will do.

Me and my wife applied in two diff. NOCs. My wife got her PER on 8th Oct and mine CC got charged day before y'day.
According to Century bro i will have to contact VO to withdraw the 2nd application but wouldn't get refund.
So i would suggest you to block your CC asap.

Hi Everyone,

I finally mailed in my application package yesterday!

Do you think it will make the 1000 cap? This is for NOC 2171, which is currently showing 348 received on CIC website.

Ok. My concern is: will there be any impact on my first application? Both applications are applied under same NOC. First application is charged and PER received.

The best option for you that I see is to block your credit card payment. CIC strongly advises against two simultaneous applications for the same NOC. I am not sure what the consequences will be in such cases but it's better to heed their suggestion and not risk anything for your already approved application.
