After you pay online, you will get a pdf receipt in email.
Are you the credit card holder? In that case receipt will contain your name, otherwise credit card holder's name.

Print out the receipt and fill in CC holder's address and your DOB and UCI # under client id. This way they will know it was paid for you when you mail them this copy as proof.

perhaps confirm with other forum members.

You can pay with your friend's credit card. The receipt will have the credit holder's name.
But, in the form, there is a proivsion to add your DOB, Client ID (UCI) and your address. (Not credit card holders address). You may also include a cover letter stating you have used your friend's cc.

Hi, Just to give you an update

CEM replied to my email and informed me that my application is now in Transit to their office. I already have the file number as well and upon checking sa ECAS, it says "In Process".

I'm a 2174 - June 20th Applicant by the way.

How quick has NDVO been in issuing MR's? Received my PER on 17th Oct, when can I expect to hear from them? PLEASE answer so I can sit back and relax!

Could you please provide the exact timelines. as in App Received Date, CC/DD Date, PER Date, MR/RPRF/PCC Date.. so that we can estimate the PPR Date as per SS analysis..

well my app reached on 2nd May and medical request , pcc and RPRF on 20 Aug, did medical and other stuff submitted on Sep 10, status changed to decision made on 24 Sep 2014.
On the same day received email with CIIP forms.

I was wondering if anybody knows the average processing time between receiving medical results and passport request for CPC-Ottawa? My medical result was received on September 15 and it's about 5 weeks that I did not hear back from VO.

How about if declined will they inform thru email aswell?no, but stay positive since 99% of charged apps are determined eligible. Good luck.
