Not only that, consider that they have people who know something about the fields doing verification and checking for signs of fraud. So maybe the team working on IT NOCs is just moving faster, or maybe they find it easier to find IT people than others.

Indian Summer is a meteorological phenomenon. In the Autumn when the cool weather takes over, there often suddenly appears a period of 1-2 weeks where it returns to summer-like weather.

Diplomatru, there is no point in having a discussion with extremists who think it's ok to directly racially attack someone and can't tolerate a joke only referring to a meme. I'd suggest to simply ignore them in future!

I'd be sorry to Diplomatru, Future_Canadian and CanOl who had to go thru unnecessary trouble due to my post. Otherwise, those who ever even slightly offended have taken double revenge and only harmed themselves by using harsh language and acting beyond reasonable limit. I am not offended by that joke on Indian email so I don't expect an apology from anyone, one because it said more about the person writing than India, two because jokes like this doesn't define what my country is.

Thanks but no need to be concerned for me. Other than correcting the mistake of the person who thought I had posted the joke, I haven't even paid attention and I've mostly skipped over the posts on this topic. FTR the joke didn't bother me but whether it did or didn't I wouldn't get into a big argument about it. I'm here to discuss, support and help and if someone doesn't like me they can -1 me all they want, I know I'm doing the right thing and I don't care about my karma score.

They do it randomly or if they suspect fraud. They are more likely to do it in countries that are known for immigration fraud, those being India, China, Pakistan, the Middle East and Africa. No offense it's just the truth.

Hello Folks;

Have a quick question...I had sent my Birth Certificate to be added onto my file (July 18 applicant), I just received a reply that "I will send your email to be added to your file once it has been created. Your application is undergoing initial processing." Can I infer the following from this reply -

1) The Completeness check was successful?;and
2) File # is only created once the CC is charged?
3) What is considered/ evaluated as part of Initial processing?

(P.S - I had mentioned my UCI # as well.)

As anticipated, they have asked me my fresh financial status and I have utilized $ 2000 for my living expense. I am planning to liquidate some gold and compensate as an FD on my name to fulfill their request to show $11,200 this time instead of 11,824 (I believe they gave me leverage already being in Toronto) will this be OK ? My consultant told me its fine.

For medicals, do I need to personally send something to CIC ? or all docs are send by the doctor to CIC ?
How do I pay my RPRF fees please ?

I have received my PER and updated sheet.

I have two questions:
1. How do I get to know when my file is transferred to Local visa office?
2. I have few minor tax dues not paid yet with income tax department. My application has complete details and form16 submitted. So while doing background check do you think this will be a problem. Is it suggested i go ahead and clear these dues?

Please guide.

2. Not sure if it will be a problem but better to do so.
