Hello, My app was delivered on Dec 12, 2014. I noticed however, that non NOC 2133 applicants have been charged in a while. I do hope it is not capped yet!

while i hope for the positive, getting my app back will at least give me closure. Mine is even CC so i expect the encashment earlier than even DD. I pray we all get good news. I also noticed that we applied under NOC 2133, and earlier thought the delay was because CIC was encashing hotter NOCs...
