Somebody has made a wrong entry in the SS, SS is showing 1 PER for 2nd July and i guess it's wrong.

As per the current trends 23rd June applicants received PER and usually CIC works in FIFO mechanism.

Can admins have a look into this.

Hello Friends,

I have worked as IT Consultant for 2 years, Telecom Engineer for 2 years and currently working as Systems Consultant for nearly about 3+ years.

My total experience counts for 7+ years, but I have worked under NOC 217x series for 3+ years (Systems Consultant).

Can I claim 15 points for my work experience. Does work experience has to be in all the NOC fields for claiming 15 points or is it working under NOC designation for atleast 1 year.

Please clarify at the earliest.

Assuming you can demonstrate all your experience with reference letters you will get the full 15 points.

I got PER on 1st of October and on 2nd October I raised CSE to add my new born in app
And after 20 days I got reply from ndvo for the same

Main content of reply is :

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.



To advise us of a change to your family composition, please send us a signed letter (the letter may be scanned and sent as an email attachment) providing us with all required changes to your file. The following information must be included in the letter if we are to make the changes:

- full name,
- date of birth,
- file number [Letter followed by a nine-digit number],
- telephone number, including area code,
- fax number, including area code, and
- mailing address

As we require your signature on this information, please note that your current family composition has not been amended in our records.

How to add your child to your application:



You will be required to submit the following documents in order to add your child to your application:

- a letter explaining how your family composition has changed (what could be the response on how it was changed ??? ??? ??? :-[ :-[ :-X :-X :-\ :-\) and requesting that your child be added to your application
- processing fee for the child (if accompanying you to Canada)
- updated IMM0008 Generic Application Form and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse to include added child
- If the child is 18 years or older, an IMM0008, Schedule A and IMM5406 Additional Family Information Form
- notarized copy of the child's birth certificate
- copy of your child's valid passport(s) both valid and expired
- four recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications
- if you applied as a Skilled Worker - updated proof of funds for number of family members to now include added child
- a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you are immigrating to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required.

They don't explicitly say that you have to be in a sexual relationship because they aren't going to ask anyone to prove that.

But that is what they mean. Only an actual couple--in love, committed, sharing the burdens and joys of life the way a couple does, and yes sexually exclusive--can apply as common-law partners.
