Yes You can get US PCC (From FBI) before completing 6 months stay.


Right now it takes around 2-3 months to get PCC from FBI.

So, I advice to apply right now.

It is very easy:

1) Finger print form - (Attach 2, so if one goes bad, other one cann be used by FBI)
2) I-783 (latest version from website)
3)Credit card payment form
4) Criminal history summary checklist
5) Cover letter states the reason for PCC from FBI.

send all the docs to FBI :

My husband got his passport reissued as was getting expired after we sent our application.
We have received PER, do we need to update the details with local VO or they will get the details themselves.

31st October will be my last working day in my present company. After that I will not be working anywhere till the time I get my PR visa if all goes well. I m a 9th June applicant and received PER on 04th October.

So I want to update this info to NDVO after 31st October. How should I do it and what all docs I have to send Including my Relieving letter. I hope its not a problem if I am not working anywhere till the time I get my visa. Do I have send an explanation to NDVO saying why I am not working after leaving my present company?? Or Is it ok.

I already have 3years and 11months of expereince as a Purchase Manager NOC 0113.

U can attach ur relieving letter...Also ask them if u need to do anything more....

Yes brother. My suggestion - go ahead. If you inform, nothing will happen. If you don't inform and somehow they get it out, it could have serious repercussion.

I got email from CIC stating I need to submit my Medicals, PCC and FBI Clearance.

it does not mention any US state level PCC, even if it is not mentioned do I still need to submit the PCC of those two US states I had resided.

I am getting my FBI Clearance by next week, but still did not apply for state PCC.

State PCCs not required.
