Good point. The rejection need to be removed. CIO conceded administrative oversight to a query from Rohan and request Rohan to return the package to CIO. So, it is not an issue.

Here every one are having/talking about the process mentioned in Guide 7000. Beyond that, no one knows what CIC might do. According to the guide, the processing fee will be refunded, if the application is rejected in eligibility check (for PER). But these days, i see too many members saying that, they got a note from CIC saying "no return package and no refund". So it is evident that no one can assume that CIC will work according to Guide 7000. With the knowledge I got from this forum (by following the CIC process/this forum for the past 3 months), i said the above statement to confirm that his application will go through even though by getting 11 points.
