You need to wait for certain amount of hours before repeating a karma action. Can't recall the exact number of hours though.

I am a 23rd June 2014 applicant under NOC Code 2173 and my visa office is London. My CC got charged on 15th October 2014 for CAD 550. I did not receive any PER or AOR yet.

Latest PER - 23rd June 2014
Latest CC - 4th July 2014
Latest DD - 23rd June 2014

Hang on. CIC has started processing PERs for your date. Keep monitoring the Global SS.

For CSE to NDVO. It says only send an enquiry if normal processing times have elapsed. And in the reply they also state they may not reply if that is not the case.
