They have asked me three things

1. Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for Principal Applicant and Spouse.
This must be received at this office by: 2014/12/01

2. RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for Principal Applicant and Spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/12/01

3. Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for Principal Applicant and Spouse *** FROM INDIA ***. This must be received at this office by: 2014/12/01

They havent asked me any bank statement or anything related to POF.

well second line is not updated yet...so cant tell u processing start date...

One more thing I had lost the the edit link to SS sheet....So i created new entry with karan.mechs

But if I am checking SS sheet again...I am still in PER green line....i think entry is not updating...please help.

POF is required document at the time of application.

Country AND state in India? My dad was in the army, and I have been in multiple states. So has my husband. Need PCC for each state in India too???? Seniors please clarify.

PCC is a country wide accepted document. You just need one PCC per applicant.

You should write an email to cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca with your query. They take approx 40 days to reply.

the CC/DD is charged in order the applications received not by NOC#. CC charge is immediate but DD takes additional 5-10 days for encashment.

Thanks. So that means if both our applications- yours and mine- are okay and not returned, i should expect your DD charge almost the same time as my CC charge then.

DD is charged about one week after CC. because it takes time to be cleared by the banks not like the CC it is done directly.

is it mandatory that the pcc should be from EMBASSY of the particular country or the PCC issued by Police commander will also be ok?
Afghan embassy refused to provide me the PCC but i got the PCC from local police commander where i had worked earlier hope that i will work.

Seniors please advice

I might be too optimistic at this stage of my application, but still how much does the Medical checkup cost if I get it done in Canada (2 adults and a 3yr kid)?
I'm working in Canada for the past 7 months, and I see thetrouble getting appointments with doctors here. How much time do they give to get the Medical checkup completed. And is there any chances of using the OHIP card for this expense?

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO WORK??
WHAT IS B1/B2 Visa??
B1/B2 Visa is for business visitors only, if you are caught working illegally in USA, you might be in jail, and deported for sure with no chances of comming back to USA, means your B1/B2 Visa will be invalid.
