Congratulations on your PER. you may do following:

Check your ECAS status using link below:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=

This website will ask for your last name besides other details. First try with correct last name. If you're able to pull status (status page will also show your first and last name in CIC records) , that would mean your last name is correct in CIC records and only PER had it incorrect, which, per me, should be OK.

If you're not able to pull status using correct last name, use the one written in PER mail. If you're able to pull status using incorrect last name, as mentioned in PER email, this would mean that CIC has entered your last name incorrectly into their system. In this case you can write to visa office using case specific enquiry link for your visa office and update them regarding this error, from CIO end, giving them your correct last name .

Yeah i tried the ecas and it worked with the WRONG name , so now i have to wait for visa office correspondance because im not sure which visa office it will be beirut applications are being forwarded to other visa officess

I need your views on my experience below:
I started my banking career as a Funds Transfer Officer for about a 1 yr nd 2 months and I was uplifted to the position of Cash Officer (Bank Teller/Clerk Supervisor) and Service Leader(relief) for 3 yrs 4 months. Will my experience as Funds Transfer Officer be recorgnised under NOC 1212 bcos Funds Transfer Officer (not Funds Transfer Teller/Clerk) is a prerequisite function required to function as as Cash Officer(Bank Teller Supervisor) & Service Manager (Bank Operation Team Supervosor).

According to CIC NOC 2011, will cic consider d Surpvisors in this dunit perform some or all of this duties:

*May Perform The Same Duty As Workers Supervised
Among other duties which involve d last one on the list above, will this last duty cover the Funds Transfer functions? I need your advice bcos my point is 67 on the dot.

I am not an expert in this matter. All I want to say is please put in your best efforts to get your first application through. A lot of friends here are giving good and valuable advices here.

Definitely some solution will come up and guide you through.

yep ... I am not worried about the CAP and other stuff ... Completeness checks will not include CC charge ... i think my turn will take about 2-3 weeks atleast... do completeness check have anything to do with Credit Card ?? Am i missing somehting ?? my brain's not working anymore ... Its been a long long day man, filled with relevations I didnt wanna know !!

Hi,
I have some inquiries and I hope someone could help me. I sent my application on 25th of June and it had been refused and returned back to me on 13th of October because I forgot to send the dependants' birth certificates. However, I am planning to file another application. My first inquiry is about my opportunity to be accepted after resubmitting a new application. Second, my bank statement is dated by 16th June. Do I need to issue a new one or the old one is still valid?

Dear friends,

Recently I have seen a large number of applicants getting email from WES on behalf of CIC that they cannot view their report online.

I went through the same problem and I was guided well by my fellow forum friends.

All you have to do is :

Don't use the fax method.

Don't worry about the money. It takes around 85 dollars.

Please please please pay by credit card.

Once you pay and when the confirmation comes that one copy has been sent to you and second has been sent to CIC, at that time itself the CIC will be able to see your file electronically.

Therefore there isn't any need to worry. After you do this procedure PER usually comes in 2 weeks with 100 percent success as put by our dear member Century.

So guys please don't worry and do as instructed by WES.

Yes, i have but my parental aunt don't have her father name on NICOP or any id card, that is the problem

Hi....Congrats!!!!....I'm also 18th June applicant with DD mode of payment under NOC0121....but my DD still not debited by CIC....im getting worried now.....Seniors pls guide shall I apply for GCMS notes,I have a friend in Canada who can apply on my behalf.....pls suggest????????? :-X :-X

Helloo everyone,

I want to share this news with you all. I'm a July 14 applicant. On July 18 i send an enquiry to CSU using their enquiry address asking about the status of my application. FYI this is the first time I applied for FSWP. And that time I didn't know about this forum. Anyway on August 17 I send another mail to them. This time I used the CIC websites case status form. On August 27 CSU(CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry) has replied me informing me that they don't have my application record and asked me to give my NAME, DOB and UCI(If known) to conduct more search. Point to be noted here is that I have applied for study permit before applying FSWP. My visa office is Singapore. Anyway Singapore visa office provided me the UCI number. This UCI number I used in the FSWP application. Anyway I replied to their mail but I didn't provide the UCI number. Funny thing is on October 1 I received a mail from the CIC's case status site informing that as of that day they don't have any record of my application may be because it's in the queue for processing. And also asked me to provide the courier receipt to conduct more search. I provided. DHL was the courier. Today my time at 5.20 pm that is Nova Scotia time 8.20 am I received a mail from CSU(CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry ). And that is.......

Weird Isn't it? And By the way CIC works at night too. Because all my mail was read after midnight local time. How I know? I use Google chrome and my email address is Gmail with mail tracker that tracks when my mail was read and how many times it was read with time and date. I hope this information will be useful for everyone.

So better to wait.....

CIC is taking in an avg of 4 months for sending PER.....
